Nice. Friendly staff. Easy checkin. Overall good experience

The room was nice and clean.

The 1st room smelled very badly of mildew. The 2nd was worse. The 3rd smelled and air conditioner didn’t work. 4th room was okay enough to stay. The front desk clerk was nice and apologetic, he said they had some pipes burst the previous weekend.

Room was clean. Bed is comfortable. No signs of bugs. Has breakfast, and it’s good. And no random deposit. 5 stars from me.

WHEN I GOT TO THE PROPERTY THERE WAS AN ODOR. I SMELLED IT IMMEDIATELY. THEN I WENT TO ROOM 113 AND WENT TO TAKE A SHOWER IT DIDNT WORK, THEN WENT TO CALL THE FROMT DESK AND THE PHONE DIDNT WORK. THEN WAS MOVE TO ANOTHER ROOM AND THE SHOWER DIDNT WORK GOOD THERE AND THEN ENDED UP IN 116 AND THE SHOWER AND PHONE WORKED HOWEVER IT SMELLED LIKE MELDEE, POOL AND DOG. I GAVE AN ITCH IN MY THROAT AND SNEEZED ALL NIGHT LONG. THE SECOND NIGHT THE FIRST NIGHT I TOOK A SHOWER AND TURN THE AIR ON BUT THE SHOWER MADE ME PASS OUT. WHEN I GOT BACK THE NEXT NIGHT FROM BEING OUT CLEARLY SOMEONE HAD LAUD IN MY BED THAT I SLEPT IN AND I GUESS ASSUMED I WOULD USE THE NEW BED BECAUSE THE WAS NOT CLEANED THEY TOKD ME THEY DONT CLEAN EVERYDAY, THEY GOT IN MY BED AND I ITCHED IN MY PRIVATE AREA HAIRS I ASSUMES SONEONE WHITE BECAUSE IT MUST HAVE BEEN HEAD LICE. I IMMEDIATELY GOT UP WIPED OFF WITH RUBBING ALCOHOL AND GOT INTO THE OTHER BED. NOT KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO. SNEEZED ALL NIGHT WOKE UP SICK AND ITS 11:24 THE NIGHT OF CHECK OUT AND IM STILL SICK. NOSE ITCHY, EYES ITCHY, SNEEZING, WEEZING, HEADACHE AND A STUFFY NOSE. I TRIED TO TURN THE AIR ON TO MASK THE SMELL IT DIDNT WORK.

I didn't like anything about the hotel, they don't have room service, the conditions of the bathrooms are very bad, the TV only works with cable, the air doesn't cool, bad view, the bathtub is broken.There is no toothpaste, horrible experience, I do not recommend it at all.

Where do I start. Super hard beds. Wallpaper coming off walls in hallways. Dirty surround on the hot tub, with a hot tub on off swotch clear accross the room. Falling apart drywall around pool area. Over cooked 🍳...

Room smelled like smoke and wasnt the room i thought i reserved by looking at pictures on website then booking.room was suppose to have jacuzzi in it and didn't they told me wasn't what i booked even though its was in the pictures.then i looked up the room we got it was cheaper than what i was charged and still not their problem. So i would not recommend this place at all plus our key cards unprogrammed so we got locked out of our room had to have our cards re programmed the tv remote unprogrammed so had to take it to front desk to get programmed cause they wouldn't answer the phone.the paint in the bathroom was cracking like water damage

Clean and convenient

The hotel staff was very friendly. Hotel was nice and had very comfortable beds.

Place was clean, room was comfy and the staff was great.

Property needs a facelift and some TLC. There was construction tape at the main entrance but never saw anyone working in it. Back door is not automatic so that is difficult to use when carrying your luggage in and out. Property was clean but things like hanging paint off the ceiling definitely masked that. Towel, cleaning and trash service is by request only, for the guest safety? Questionable. Seems like a staffing issue to me.

This property needs lots of upgrading. Our room was just okay. The tub did not drain; the room didn’t “feel” clean or inviting at all. If we could have found another hotel we would have; however we were there for PGA tournament and no other hotels available. You couldn’t enter the front door to the building. Instead, a sign routed us to the back door. There was only one person on duty; if he was away from desk there was no help available for questions.

No one at the front desk, linen smelled of smoke . Not a friendly welcoming place .

The front door was under renovation at the time of our stay. If you do not mind staying at hotel that not up to date. The breakfast danishes were stale, otherwise the breakfast was decent. You can not beat the beat the cost.

Front entrance was blocked for some reason. This hotel is falling apart. Ceiling in bathroom was soaked with water. Ready to come down. Water from ceiling was leaking in our bathroom

You could tell they were hiding flaws in the stucco in the pool area & bathrooms with fresh coats of paint. Overall, the rooms were clean, water was hot & the shower didn’t back up which seems to be a problem with hotels lately. We would stay here again.

The entire front lobby area and entrance was shut down.

Construction going on at the front door so everyone has to enter in the back. Inconvenient for the minimal amount of parking back there, especially since the side door didnt work with a key when arrived our 2nd night. We had to walk all the way around the building at 11pm. The room seemed clean, bed was comfortable, but the condition on some things was questionable. The bathroom ceiling looked to have had a leak and portions of it was falling down. The bathroom door was coming part at the top. Large hole in the wall behind the mini fridge. There was a "space heater" plugged into the wall near the couch for heat. (Sketchy?) The caulk around the tub/shower was falling off in big chunks Silicone around the AC unit was gross. The pool was freezing cold but the hot tub was nice. Check in/out staff was very friendly. Overall our stay was "ok", not sure I would recommend or stay again.

It looks like an upgraded motel. The pool and hot tub was serviced and down via reviews not to long ago then while we were there it was shut down for a day for maintenance…the need to do something with the walls. The beds are very comfortable however there was blood under our mattress cover

It’s being renovated, but all looks well maintained. Ron was very comfortable and clean.

the problem is that the hotel overbooked rooms with 2 beds, they gave us a room with one bed where I didn't want it, they offered a discount which I didn't get, explaining that I paid through a third party, it's a disaster, I won't recommend this crap

Clean, easy check in

This property is under a renovation and guests are directed to use the rear door. I set my filters online to find a hotel with a pool. It was closed indefinitely. I selected a room with a jacuzzi in-suite. They put me in a different room. I complained about it to the front desk clerk and she told me that I had the room that I had paid for. I will not be returning to this property ever again.

Bed was hard and uncomfortable, suite was small & no jacuzzi tub as shown in the pictures upon booking, shower pressure was terrible, tv is small, fridge didn’t work, had to enter the back of the building due to construction. Staff was nice, elevator worked, good location with lots of dining options.
