The stay was worth it only because of the restaurant that is on site(Exit12). However the front desk employee was a little condescending when explaining something that I had never had to do. I’m fine with change as I have stayed at this property before. But when you ask for something I cannot provide but have been able to utilise Apple Pay with my previous stays. Please don’t talk down to me and make me feel as I’m uneducated. Again, I’m ok with following protocol and policies. Just learn how to respect and talk to guest.

The hotel was nice despite the fact that housekeeping NEVER came by to bring fresh towels and clean the room . Housekeeping doesn't do their job until you check out, which is pointless. So for 3 days i had trash in my room that never got picked up and I didnt receive any fresh towels or my room being cleaned. Unacceptable.

The place was not very clean. There was a piece of tomato in the hallway that was there for 2 days. There was not hot water for a day and a half. The restaurant that clearly said was open from the hours listed on a board outside the restaurant and by the hours online said was open, was closed. We were never guven a reason when we asked why it was closed. We had alot of luggage we had to carry upstairs to our room. There was no elevator.

The room itself was ok. The light next to the bed didnt work along with many outlets. Love seat was stained. Couple next to ise argued for what seemed like 12 hours. I mean we woke up yo it, when out on a whole date together and came back to the still going at it. The phone in the room didnt work so I walked downstairs yo have them talk to the guests about their incredible fighting.The staff was friendly. However, you get what you pay for i guess. I would go back simply for the price. I only need a place to sleep and shower when im in town.

(The Negative)Well the couch was stained and dirty/crumbs under cushions. Hand Prints on the headboard and Male secretions on the bed skirt as well as the couch. Didn’t even sit on it. The shower head was dirty and old.
The microwave was old and rusty inside. No Freezer in the Fridge The Floors was warped .
(The Positive) The Bed was comfortable and The TV was cool.

The room was Okay for the money. The location was very convenient. The pull out sofa bed was horrible, Very uncomfortable.

This is place was a good spot to get away from all the actions. Unfortunately the staff was neutral and they didnt clean my room after a 3 day stay. When I asked if they would clean, no one knew anything about the cleaning schedule. There are multiple shopping stops near the area. I give it a 4 for the overall price which was way cheaper than New York City.

From paint to floors to cleaning the place is an eye soar. The entrance is not welcoming at all the doors are broken and need work and paint

As soon as I checked in at 10 pm on 12th September; the receptionist was chatting with another employee for 10 minutes straight. I was standing there to have my room.
After 10 mins; she said Hi, (no apology or sorry)i informed her i have a room booked and she handed me the keys after verification.
Next day i left the room at 9 am and came back at 11 pm;the room was as it is. It wasn’t cleaned. No replacement towels in the bathroom. The floors in the room were sticky. I had to have my shoes on while I was in the room.
I called the help desk to ask for new towels and coffee refill/cups. I was told to just walk to reception and pick up. The employee said “Room services are not available”.
On September 13th night; When I was about to enter the room; i saw 2 mens who had the key fobs for a room and they were tapping the card on each door of the different rooms. When they saw me they said is this your room and i said yes; both of the guys said we should have come to this room as there was no one here. This means they were about to enter the room and probably steal the stuff.
There was no hot water service in bathrooms. It was very inconvenient.

Firstly I informed the hotel on the night of my arrival that due to the time it took for me to get through customs at JFK Airport, I wouldn't be able to attend the hotel until about 7am. It was my first time in New York City and Newark and didn't want to pay for a taxi from New York City to the hotel in Newark, as i was quoted $120 this was at 1:30 am so I had to wait for the next transit bus which left at 6:15 in the morning.
I fininaly arrived at the hotel at 7am and explained what happened at the airport and that I had booked and paid for five nights accommodation not four and wanted to get a refund on an extension of my stay. The receptionist 'Richard' told me to inform the manager whom would be in after nine o'clock that morning !
I was very tired and had jetlag, I slept in all day, the next morning I spoke to the manager and informed her about my situation at the airport and that I would like to get an extension or a refund for the nights accommodation I didn't stay, she said "I can't do anything as it wasn't my fault or the hotels, it was your responsibility to check-in and your booking is non-refundable, if you want to stay longer you are welcome to pay extra" I also asked her is I could get some clean towels and have the room cleaned, but they only service the rooms once every three days !
There is no breakfast option and I found cockroachs in the room and bathroom, to add to all this the coffee machine wasn't working !
Avoided if possible, very unclean and bad!

The location is far away from Newark airport, you have to Uber it to get there. Is sats Newark Liberty Airport but it is not. There is no cleaning room service, only every 4 days, so unless if you are staying more than 4 days you won`t have your room cleaned.

Tough to drive around to local businesses. Room was relatively clean and air-conditioning worked well. Area of New Jersey seemed a little unsafe.

Horrible customer service. Called ahead and requested adjoining rooms which they said wasn’t a problem. Got there and our rooms were at the complete opposite ends of each other and on different floors. Also when I checked in the woman was very rude and tried to tell me we only had one room reserved and that they were completely booked up otherwise. When I showed her my confirmation information she still said that I only had one room and that I would have to call Hotels.com because she couldn’t do anything about it. Then after 10 mins of arguing she finally said that she did have another room but wouldn’t tell me who it was under and I had to guess that it was under my wife’s name. The hotel was old and in disrepair. Gym was closed for repairs, pool was closed for repairs. Probably the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had!! Wouldn’t recommend this for a homeless person even though I am pretty sure there were some unfortunate homeless people that had been stuck here. Definitely look elsewhere if you want to have a nice experience and not treated like a piece of trash.

Check-in was awful, room not ready until 4:30pm. Told to wait in the foyer with other disgruntled guests also waiting for their rooms. Towels were dirty, shower was dirty, toilet bowl seat was filthy, hair dryer was broken. Very poor insulated rooms, we heard everything in the hallway.

This place was awful. The shower head in the bathroom was spraying water out of the wall onto the floor when we used it, and there was water stains on the ceiling.

I have stayed in this hotel a few times. Hotel is near shopping areas and it's easy to get on the highway. There is plenty of parking space. Bedding is clean and the bed is comfortable.

As mentioned in the booking free breakfast there was no breakfast. There was no drinking water at all .writen everywhere free coffee in the lobby. Upon asking reception they said no coffee. Have to ask Many times to change towels which were smelling. Have to go to reception every time go out because door keys not working. Overall very poor service. Reception person was not polite and not helpful in anything at all
