No hot water to take shower in the morning. When reported to front desk all I got was sorry we will have someone look into it. Guest kept on slamming doors early in the morning, breakfast was mediocre. Customer service was good

Everything was well cleaned. The room looked older and could use a bit of cosmetic maintenance but they did a great job making it nice.

Our recent stay at the Ramada was extremely disappointing. Issues began immediately: our first room had a broken TV and spotty Wi-Fi, forcing us to relocate. This move took over an hour, and by then, our dinner was cold and the evening disrupted.
The next morning, we found there was no hot water, requiring yet another room change. When I expressed frustration, the front desk staff were dismissive and even hinted we might be charged for using multiple rooms—despite these issues being the hotel’s fault.
The final room wasn’t much better: towels and a trash can were missing, the coffee maker didn’t work, and the overhead light was broken. Worse, every room we stayed in felt poorly cleaned, which made us uncomfortable.
Overall, this stay left us frustrated and disappointed. For the price, we expected much more. Given the multiple issues and lack of responsive service, we wouldn’t recommend this Ramada and hope management makes improvements to avoid this experience for future guests.

No surprises here. Pretty much what I expected for the price paid. The property and room were clean and the staff were pleasant. The elevator noise was very evident in the room and conversations in the hallway, in the late night/early morning hours, were annoying. Beds were comfortable enough and the towels were relatively high quality.

First getting there I had another form to fill out. Lots of info they should have had already. Also bottom line said sign here that if room not cancelled with in 20 min of checking in then no refunds could be given. I walked in my room. Immediately knew I wasn’t staying. Firstly the hotel smelled of old wet carpet. My rooms carpet was the same with white spots on the ground. The tub was dirty. Hair was in it and room felt unclean. I wish hotels.com would display if the property is privately owned or corp.

Hotel is generally run down and poorly maintained. Hallway carpets badly stained, frayed. Bedroom carpet old and frayed. Bathroom floor dirty and sticky. Hairdryer mount and bathroom towel racks falling off the wall. Desk chair crooked and not level. When waste basket was full I asked cleaning staff to empty it, but they never returned it. No daily room clean or straightening up over four days. Bathroom mirror not centered over sink. Room smelled of something unpleasant. Breakfast room cluttered, small, and dominated by an inconsiderate basketball team mob. Other than that, great.

Asked on the way in about the breakfast included and was told some style of eggs and some meat, and waffles by waffle iron, not toaster type. In the morning, no eggs, no meat, no waffles. Biscuit and gravy.
The room looked clean, but I showered at night and there was a bug in the soap shelf by morning. Staff did not care, but otherwise pleasant.

The hotel seemed very nice initially, but was not as sanitary as I thought. I had a room with 2 beds, one of which was not cleaned entirely. There were hairs under the sheets as well as food crumbs. Our hallway had a large group that wanted to only hang out in the hallway and make lots of noise that didn't stop until after 11pm. Later in the night, I saw a German cockroach crawling up the back wall. My girlfriend noticed several others dead along the perimeter of the room, and one close to the room entrance. Left immediately after, never coming back.

The hotel is old and outdated. The room wasnt cleaned when we went in. Had to wait over 30 minute for them to get it cleaned. The staff was very friendly , but thats about the only good thing I can say about the place.

Check was great friend girl at front desk. Room clean. Was suppose to have queen beds got double was a little small but made due. Shower handle was stripped had to get ICE cold shower...not happy about that but close to hospital where we needed to be

The room smelled awful, the elevator looked suspect I did y use it when I left the hotel. Most hotels have later breakfast hours on weekends. Hallways not clean and smelled. I was glad it was one night

Check in was friendly, but when we got to “our” room there were two men already staying there. Someone changed rooms the night before and was not correctly entered in the system. The elevator was small, outdated, noisy, rough, and had a hot electrical smell. In the room the tv, refrigerator, coffeemaker, and microwave (that did not work) had only two electrical outlets available and furniture had to be moved to reach them. In the breakfast area only one of the three microwaves worked, but it took triple the time it should to even reheat coffee. The pool was green with a sign that it was closed by the health department.

The pool area was not clean or safe. The pool was not clean, the area around the pool had broken cement all around it & the safety bar to go into the pool was broken. Needless to say we did not swim. There was broken tile in the bathroom along with cockroaches scattering on the bathroom floor, found a baggie of paraphernalia under the bed while recovering our belongings before check out. Only good thing was the staff was very friendly. WILL NOT BE STAYING THERE AGAIN!

I cannot put my finger on what I liked. It did feel like the mosy recent painting was rushed and corners cut. There were overall cleanliness issues (dust bunnies, fans not dusted…).
Although the breakfast was a nice addition, the variety of choices was limited. I do understand that there is a cost in adding breakfast items.
The staff was exceptional, they were friendly and informative. I felt any interaction was thoughtful and completely answered. All were professional, and what i would want in employees.

The price was great...hallway carpets were filthy, strong smell of Marijuana in the hallways and every morning in our actual room...the breakfasts were very good and the staff was very friendly...whole establishment is in dire need of repairs and upgrades

I thought I saw online that the pool was inside but it wasn't, it was outside - ain't no telling the last time it was cleaned. The walls in my room were peeling. The breakfast was average. I saw a bug spray can around the drunk area just out in the open. I don't think the property is real secure at night - people can just walk in and out at all hours. There was hardly anyone at the front desk.

The lights or tv didn't work in my first room the second room was not wrth the money I paid for it. There were bedbugs. Very uncomfortable stay. I left a day early just to be away from that place. The lady at the front desk didn't know how to address any isdues that i had. I wll not return.

Stay was good and staff were polite. Fridge was noisy and that caused disturbance in sleep whole night. WiFi network was too week and it was getting disconnected frequently.

Beds were comfortable and seem to be clean. Lady at the front desk didn't speak English very well I had a very hard time checking in because we could not understand each other. Hallway carpets had sticky stuff for it on them fruity Pebble cereal spilled all over the floors don't lay there till the next morning and they were still there when we checked out. Breakfast was okay Belgian waffles that you make sausage that taste like fake sausage hash browns it's just mush falling apart.

This was a terrifying experience. It was the sketchiest hotel I have ever been inside. I didn't even stay the night. I just decided to be out $80. A woman traveling alone should never stay at this hotel. The photos must be extremely old because the hotel looks nothing like them. There were vomit stains on the carpet in the hallway, and the lights didn't even work in my room. When I switched rooms, two of the bedside lamps did not have lamp, shades or light bulbs. The most concerning thing, however, was that the only question asked by thai man working at the corner store which was about 500 ft from the hotel asked me, "Are you working tonight?" This put the whole experience in a new light and I realized that this was not a safe place for me to spend the night. I wish I had taken pictures but I was so scared that I just packed up and left.

Had to beg for maid service. Hall carpets are stained badly. Chicken wing on floor upstairs for 2 days. Kids running in the halls half dressed. The room itself was clean and updated.
