mattress was hard, smell upon entering was heavy perfume and antiseptic.

Ok for an average hotel

There was definitely a roach in my bathroom. Left all my bags in my car. Stayed in the room no choice. But was up and out of there so fast in the morning.

Basic road motel with clean sheets.

The bed was hard. The sink had a huge crack in it and they made an extra charge on my credit card and refused to refund my money back. They’re operating this place like a housing project. The guest look like long term tenants and people were getting evicted every day we were there.

Friendly easy service

If you are looking for a clean, safe and comfortable stay do not book this hotel. Room as soon you walk in smell like mariguana. Dirty tub and fridge. Could not stay there walk right out of the room.

Run for your life the most disgusting place I almost stayed at we were only there 40 minutes the AC didn't work there was black mold the staff was disrespectful refused refund they were broken down vehicles in the parking lot drunk people that people who look like they were on drugs not a safe place to stay this place should be shut down by the board of health

The air conditioning wasn’t working properly and the vents in bathroom had mold and mildew on them. Very limited towels to dry off. Outside areas were dark and unsafe environment to even have a cigarette. Df

Infrastructure needs to improve, terrible internet, etc.

Horrible smelled awful. Homeless people living there. One was cooking on a grill in the parking lot. People partying loud music. Will never stay there again

Went to this hotel with low expectatons because of the price and lack of amenities just to have a place to crash for the night after traveling from out of state for a wedding. Even with low expectations we were very dissapointed. Bunch of sketchy people loitering around in the parking lots and people blasting music from the balcony all night. Toilet tank appears to have previously been broken and the replacement lid didnt match/ fit. The eyehole in the door was damaged. We got a wifi password from the desk on arrival which didn't work. When we called the desk for assistance they put us on hold and hung up; called back they gave us another password that didn't work. We only ended up getting a short nap. Around 9pm someone came banging on our door aggressively and wouldn't identify themselves when we asked who they were and what they need. Happened twice in about a 5 minute period. We looked out the large window and didn't see someone and thought some kid or someone drinking could have been playing a prank or mistook it for their room or were trying to rob us (ground floor near a highway). When we called the desk to complain they said it was one of their staff who got a room number wrong for some kind of service but since it was 9pm we thought that was very odd. We were uncomfortable with the area and unsettled enough that we ended up opting to check out that night at about 9:30 and making the three hour drive back home the same day we got there. No discount.

There was sketchy street activity on the property parking lots. The room was nice and clean for this level of hotels/motels but there were a lot of people hanging out in and around the cars on the parking lot.

Very average budget hotel. WiFi didn't work.

The room was too small and no sofa or chair. I didnt find parking and need to look outside. No come back

This has been the worst hotel experience I've ever been first of all they gave me the wrong room when I opened there were people sitting inside the room. It took them 20 minutes to give me a new room and that room smelled horrible the floor was dirty and didn't have a FRIDGE neither a Microwave the environment was horrible. The service was terrible not friendly at all.

We stayed with our dog and they had a nice grassy area for walking the dog. Even though the Inn is near a highway it wasn’t loud at all. It is not of cause a 5 star hotel but it was clean and comfy enough to sleep. Plus allowing dogs with no additional charges is big plus. Will stay again.

Room was fine but they usually only put hold on card for deposit this time they charged extra 100 still waiting that said 2 to 3 days week ago

I liked it was pet friendly

Glad i am only passing through. Used to like the red roof inn chain. But this has changed my mind. 1st, they wanted me to sign the check in paper with no prices on the paper. When asked about it, he said it was for the acknowledgement of "no smoking" in the room. 2nd, the a/c in the room was off when i enteredt he room. Turned on and left for 4 hours. Returned and still warm in the room. 3rd. Loud noises outside (people) half the night. 4th, i paid for the superior room. Got a standard. 5th no wifi code. And the signal in the room doesn't work, but as soon as you walk out, work fine.

i was notcomfortable. it was loud. people hanging outside. this is a welfare motel and shouldnt be renting rooms to travlers who need to sleep and bathe comdtably and safely

It was near the casino but the room s.ellwd like there was a dog in there not too long ago.

The room had all the amenities you would need, beds were extremely comfortable, quiet and front desk service was extremely helpful to accommodate your needs. Downside ....Our room bathroom had a working toilet, but the back was cracked and the cover didnt fit the toilet. I felt, if the had prior vandalism, this toilet should have been replaced before putting guest in there. When we left in the morning, the police was there addressing an unknown incident.

My stay was pretty good it’s did its job but the only thing that spooked me that there was bug in my bed so I don’t know if it’s there’s more bugs or it was just the one one bug but my stay was overall was very very good
