We didn’t make it early for arrival like I thought we got in early am, there was no one @ the front desk no bell to ring or anything so I stood there then when the man came to the desk it was if I had interrupted him in some way, asked can I help you ? I said I need to check in & he said excuse me? So I said it louder. & that we didn’t make it when expected because downtown was packed.

Although the hotel is falling into disrepair, there were a lot of positives for the hotel. Water pressure was excellent, it felt safe, and the bed was awesome. They just need to fix things up, like the scratches on the walls of the elevator, the metal that was literally pried apart in the window of our room, and other minor fixes.

I tried to call the hotel a couple times before my arrival, and no one answered the phone. Then when I arrived in my room, the air conditioning and heating didn't work. I called a couple times down to the front desk to see if someone could work on it, and no one answered the phone. There was no refrigerator and no microwave. When I finally went downstairs to find an ice machine, there was no ice machine. The lady at the front desk had to go to the bar with my ice bucket and get ice for me. Once I told her about the air conditioning and the heater not working, she said I could switch rooms but she didn't have a room close by for me to switch to. They also offered no price reduction for the fact that there was no heater air conditioning in the room. It just wasn't a very pleasant stay.

First of all- this hotel is WAY overpriced for the quality and service. They do not have a shuttle so be aware you can do a park and fly but are on your own (with no help or sympathy from the hotel staff) to get to the airport. Our room was dirty and bed linens had black hairs (looked like pet hair) and did not appear to have been changed from the previous guest. When we complained about it, housekeeping came and put new sheets on the bed but made me prove to her that the bed was dirty. The floors were dirty, the bathrooms were very poorly lit with only one mirror with a very dim light around it. Other lights in the room were burned out and I told the front desk but they never fixed it. The phone in our room didn't work either. The curtains were off track and we hardly get them closed. If you are a light sleeper, this place is not for you because the room they put us in face to the front of the hotel near the highway and all we could hear was traffic noise all night. Very poor customer service and w to begin e were told I would get a receipt when we checked out, And when we were leaving at 4:00 a.m. We asked the front desk person for our receipt and he said, we don't do that, you'll get an email. And walked away. One of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had.

Honestly, i thought the place was nicer than it actually was. The front desk clerk was super nice and friendly when i checked in. The restaurant was closed and i was told they were short staffed on running it so that was a little disappointing. The room was very quiet and mostly clean. The phone had no wires to it, but they are in renovation so it is what it is. The shower wasnt the greatest, and drain was slow. The desk clerk at check out was really polite as well. The only thing i really noticed was a large open trash bag outside our room when we got in, and a large pile of towels and bedding in the hall about 4 doors down, which were also there in the morning when we left. Didnt have breakfast so cant say anything about that, but didnt even know if there was one with the restaurant closed and staffing issues. Over all, decent for the price if your mostly looking for a room to crash for the night. Would stay here again.

A very nice and accommodating hotel.
There are so many motels and hotels that do not update their advertising so when one arrives not knowing that accommodations, food service, taxes, and etc..may have changed they should be held accountable for the changes made that weren’t posted. Mr Gleason went over and beyond to satisfy the customers concerning price changes for rooms and breakfast.
3.3
Nice with a complimentary breakfast but truly out of the way from any shopping centers. Also, hot breakfast not provided.
3.3
The hotel has a long blacktop road leading from the hwy but no sidewalk or walkway and has lots of trees and bushes near by. I had no car was planning on using Uber to my Medical Center appointment. Due to budget considerations I was stuck at the hotel most of the time but via the generosity of strangers I got out and joined in their tours of the area.
The hotel was short staffed in the kitchen. There was not hot breakfast other than the toaster for bagels. The restaurant/bar was unstaffed so I Uber Eats most of my meals and got creative with the microwave next to the lobby 'munchie' shop.
The room itself was one of the best cleaned rooms I have ever stayed in (all levels of hotels). I walked on the vinyl laminate flooring and my feet stayed completely cleaned. The bathroom and furniture could easily pass a white glove test by the pickiest of guests. I glanced at the housekeepers as I passed by and noticed that they took off their 'outside' shoes and wore designated slippers when cleaning individual rooms.
Unfortunately, the areas outside of the rooms were not as neat and tidy most of the time due to the staff that there was focusing on the rooms which left me disappointed in the cleanliness of the lobby, elevator and hallways at times but thankful the room was cleaned so well as it was only available every 3 days.
3.3
The hotel is tucked way back in the industrial area. There was no microwave in the room and it could use an update. Not a bad place to stay but not the best.
3.3
Quiet hotel close to the airport, not much around, drove to a strip mall to find dinner. Rooms spacious and clean.
3.3
Great hotel for a quick one night stay.
Best bed for comfort of any hotel
3.3
It was a great stay but I was charged 3 additional times on my card for booking my friends hotel under my name. Went to front desk and they was no help and wouldn’t explain the charges
3.3
I didn’t like their cool break fast and their lack of airport shuttle. The environment is generally quite and enabled good rest
3.3
The Place is old that the drainage in our room is slow.
3.3
There was no pool as advertised... the reason why we picked it. The breakfast was insufficient and nothing but carbs. We could've gotten better at a gas station. Only one elevator working. Customer service was lacking... dismissive and easily flustered. Paid to check in early, and was not checked in until after 3.
3.3
Luckily it was just a quick overnight stay because it was close to the airport. Very dirty and old looking, screws falling out of things, the room had a horrible odor, almost like a listerine smell, walls and/or ceilings were paper this so we heard every little noise. Just overall not a great experience.
3.3
Hotel was just okay. Not really dirty, bed slept good, in the middle of renovations. No breakfast. Even tho it was advertised. WiFi is not good. Shower water pressure was horrible. No daily housekeeping. You get what you pay for here.
3.3
Exelent service
3.3
This property is under renovation . Many areas including rooms need an overhaul. It was a bed, and lowest at that price-point
3.3
Hotel under renovation and not in good shape.
Also breakfast advertised but there was none one day and only cereal the next. My room was just ok and fridge in room leaked so floor was wet.
3.3
Room very clean, comfy bed, shower nice & hot with great pressure. Breakfast was terrible. Old stale bagels & cereal. Coffee & “ hot” water were cold.
3.3
Advertised a restaurant and bar, but are only open Thursday through Sunday. Also said full breakfast , but had nothing but bagels and cereal and milk. No bread, no yogurt, people were waiting for food to come out, finally were told that was all there was.
3.3
I was disappointed with the breakfast items. Really frustrated with the fact I could not watch the Pirates in one of the best games of the season. The small radio did not work either. The commode was so low we had a problem getting up and it was loose fitting on the floor. The construction work was no problem with our stay.
3.3
The hotel is in an industrial park that seems out of the way. The hotel parking lot had full size dumpsters in the lot when you pull up. Breakfast was beyond basic. no yogurt, eggs or sausage or links, no pancakes or waffles, basically it was cereal or bagels. Windows were filthy and windows shades did not cover whole window. Probably one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. The bed was comfortable and the air in our room worked.
3.3
Very cleaned. Nice rooms and comfortable bed. The night receptionist was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
3.3
The property was in a safe and quiet area, the hotel would be very nice if staff wasn’t so rude and was more willing to help. Most often you can't find anyone or when you do find them and ask for anything they stare blankly at you. There was construction going on in the hotel which would have been nice to know ahead of time especially since we were blocked in our room by rolls of carpet multiple days in a row and there were people working outside of our door starting as early as 6 am and lasting until 8 or 9 pm.
3.3
Loved the room set up. Bed was extremely comfortable.
3.3
I first want to say that the reception staff were helpful and courteous.
The room was fine. However, in the bathroom, there was over spray in the tub and the tile wasn't caulked very well. Additionally, there was some type of substance on the wall to the left of the sink and all over the ceiling that looked like snot (that is the best word to describe it). It was gross.
The facility is in the middle of a remodel and so everything beyond reception downstairs is a mess. Carpet is torn up, there are holes in the walls, drywall dust and drywall compound on the carpet that was left on the floor. Doors to some of the rooms in the middle of renovation were propped open, which was creepy when walking down the hall late at night.
The breakfast was meager to put it bluntly. I didn't expect a full "eggs and bacon" type of meal but there was only one bottle of orange juice, 3 cartons of milk, some stale bagels to use in the toaster that took forever, boxes of cereal, and some apples. It was served in the back of the dark and uninviting restaurant. I went out for breakfast the second day and had checked put before breakfast was served on the third day, maybe it was better on those days.
After driving down the torn up road to the hotel, the outside looked really rundown. The reception area was very nice, and again, all the reception staff was very nice.
I picked this hotel based on the proximity to the airport and the photos online. I would not stay there again.

Under construction…torn up
No good or bar
3.3
The quiet area hotel was located
3.3
Nice but hardly any significant signs guiding you to hotel
3.3
Being renovated.
Nothing around it
3.3
The guy checked me had no idea how to do the check in. First put me in a non existing room. Then gave me another room. Lots of construction so the room he assigned me was under construction. Twice had to go and fix the key. The air conditioner in the room was sooooo loud. Had to turn it off in a hot Pittsburgh night w no ventilation. Stayed at cheap hotels. This one was just bad.
3.3
The room
Was a decent size for a group of people. But the bathroom cpuld of been clean better.
3.3
The hotel was nice just nothing around it. No restaurants no anything
3.3
We weren’t even allowed to check in

Nice

Property was all under construction. I called two daya prior and the day of and no one mwntioned it.. was woken ip every morning at 7 to banging and loud screaming. I askwd to move rooms and couldnt accomidate.. after 3 days we left not fair to my myswlf or my kids. Im sure the placw will look great once done
3.3
My room looked wonderful, newly refurbished and there was ongoing renovation happening on the lower floors. Although the decor was lovely, certain aspects of the room were impractical (for example, very dim mood lighting in the bathroom, which made it nearly impossible to use the bathroom mirror). I felt like I had stepped into a hotel in the process of being turned into a boutique hotel to fulfill a new owner's vision, but still mid-transformation.
3.3
The bed sheets were dirty and stained. Also the breakfast was terrible and not enough quantity of Breakfast items as there was nothing left at 850 am. The front desk person had to call a Manager to approve to bring out just Orange juice and water which was well before the 930 Breakfast end time. There was no hot breakfast items and very bad service overall. We ended up canceling our reservation and going to a different hotel which was extremely difficult.
