I HAD TO DO A FEW THINGS MYSELF IN ORDER TO BRING THE BATHTUB AND BATHROOM AREA UP TO PERSONAL PREFERENCE OF CLEANLINESS. HOWEVER THE ATTENDANT ON SITE WAS GRACIOUS ENOUGH TO GET ME THE GLOVES AND SUPPLIES I NEEDED AND I TOOK CARE OF WHAT WAS NECESSARY MYSELF. OTHER THAN THAT, ALL IS WELL!

The room was warm and it was very frigid put side.

Location was close to the airport and had a free airport shuttle. I was able to park my car at the hotel while I was gone. There were places to grab a quick dinner in walking distance. The room had a nice large desk and comfortable desk chair.

They were supposed to have breakfast in the morning, but I was not able to find it.

Room was dirty, stains on blankets, hairs in the pillow cases, smelled like urine

Bed and shower were nice. These were the main things I needed the room for so that was fine. But the things I didn't like (below) took away from the experience. That and the bad behavior of the other 'guests.' That's why I gave an overall 'poor' rating.

Lamps were unplugged. One had no knob to turn on the light. Plumbing fixture in sink (hot, cold) were reversed (hot on right, cold on left). Telephone ringer was set on 'low' instead of 'medium' (who knew?). Could barely hear it for the 'wake-up' call.

A/C unit EXTREMELY LOUD DISTURBING

Close to airport and bed was pretty comfortable. They have breakfast but I didn't get to have any.

The gentleman at check-in was a jerk. The room differently could have been cleaner. Also they don't tell you that the shuttle picks up multiple hotels so make sure you plan accordingly.

When we entered room, we found a used bar of soap in shower and 3 flies that would not leave us alone

Got there no room, gave us a key to someone else’s room. Got a room but wasn’t what I booked. Blamed it on Booking.com when I have never had an issue with Booking I have been using them for years.

Breakfast - this hotel not enough provide food.

They were open and available for a very late night arrival. The bed was okay. The air conditioner worked when I turned it on.

TV did not work. The shower stall doors were filthy, bathroom floor was not very clean. They advertise breakfast with your stay. There was no food put out, so I went into the refrigerator and found an apple. There was nothing else (except ice from the ice machine) available to eat!!!

The only thing I liked was how close it was to where I was going

I didn’t like that the bed weren’t comfy the room smelled and it was a motel type

The motel was a dirty, old and will be cancelling my return reservation

Air conditioning did not work had to leave the door open which is a little unnerving. Property condition in general is poor. Plastic sheeting under sheets is not good.

Bed was pretty comfortable for the price of room. Also liked having a fridge and microwave in my room.

Check in clerk wasn't very friendly.... the premise wasnt very clean, and the room wasn't very clean either.
