Great stay! The service made the stay the worth it. Also the shuttle service to the airport made it stress free and no hassle. Every 20 min, help w/o asking with luggage, and no sign ups. Oh and they start at 4am.

Super convenient to LGA. Helpful and professional staff. Shuttle is easy to call when you arrive at airport. Comes in 5 mins. Drivers are friendly and extremely helpful.

The room was spacious and clean! You can text the hotel staff with needs or questions, it was very convenient and the staff are incredibly responsive. There’s also a convenient self-serve mini mart with self check-out if you need to grab any food, snacks, refreshments, etc. Their fitness center is well equipped, clean, and well-maintained. I used the treadmill and it was one of the newer models! There are two restaurants if you’d prefer to dine at the hotel instead of venturing out. I used their complimentary airport shuttle service for a smooth transport from the airport. Overall, it was a great stay. Would stay again next time I’m in the area!

Service was great at the desk for check in, at the bar for dinner, and at the restaurant for breakfast. It was surprisingly quiet and quite clean. I couldn’t find a remote for the tv in my room, but I was fine without it.

This hotel was a very nice stay. Rooms were quiet, clean and spacious. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Lots of amenities and Crabtree and Evelyn soaps. We would stay again.

Located in a convenient place close to the airport. Raven did a great job getting us checked in quickly and the room was clean and very quiet. Food was ok, but a little pricey. Lots of close by diners and restaurants though. Overall I would come back and visit again.

I stay at this hotel whenever I travel to NYC for work. It’s clean, beautiful inside, the front desk service is great and the bar/restaurant is great as well. The airport shuttle is super convenient too.

This was fine for the 10 hour layover, but it is clear that a corporate inspector hasn’t been there on a while. The grout was yellowed and moldy, the air conditioner was banged up, and the room smelled just kinda weird. They only provided one coffee pod for the double occupancy room. I’m sure we could have asked for more, but this was just a crash pad. If we had been planning on staying longer, I would have asked for a refund and found another place to stay.
The food in the bar was awful, and the service was worse.

This is a fine place to stay for a night or two as folks deal with traveling to/from the airport, but even then, it's hard to get a good night's sleep here. The other guests in a room close by were loud and talking/laughing well into the 3am hour. I do have to say that the staff was/is tremendous - they responded to the noise complaint and all interactions from check in/out, questions about shuttles, etc were professional and on point. I just wish the hotel was better quality. The biggest selling point for this location was the fact that they offer airport shuttle service starting at 4am, which worked for my early flight.

This is the fifth time I have stayed at this hotel. The facility is always clean and the staff are very friendly. Paid parking is available but I normally find parking in the street. The pool, fitness center and rooms are extremely clean and the lobby has ample space to sit and relax. It's such a beautiful hotel. I highly recommend it. I never had an issue.

While booking through hotels.com I pressed the wrong button and so I booked a room for 3 but with just one bed instead of two beds. Hotels.com changed my booking without a problem but the hotel staff refused to give me a room with 2 beds. They were friendly but cool. So I had to book a second room for my parents and that room was very expensive. The rooms were clean and large, the breakfast was very good.
