The beds were comfortable and one of the staff Colleen was very friendly and inviting.

The room didn't have any USB charging port that works and there was no mini refrigerator nor a microwave and the shower had hairs in the tub and the air conditioner was so noisy throughout the night.

I did not get a room the computer was down please confirm with hotel and return my money I was told to rebook another room which I did that night!!!

I never stayed here! will be calling American Express to complain about this charge

Got in around midnight, no food was available and we were really hungry so we had to other form outside

Shower temperature was difficult to adjust- either too hot or too cold. Furniture and rugs were shabby.

Very convenient. Comfortable beds. They gave us complementary water and snacks. The staff was super nice. Shuttle to the airport was fast, friendly and timely.

The staff were friendly and helpful plus the breakfast was good. I had a room with a great view.

The room requires an update as it appears very tired and dated.. The top of the chair was worn and cracked and you could see the stuffing had fallen out at the top. Round the base of the shower door was brown with what looked like rust. Scratches over the wooden desk, chest of drawers and headboard.

We had to leave for airport at 4:00am. It wasn't open.

Just wished the breakfast was available a little bit earlier or a bag to go. The airport opens at 4:00 and we had an early flight. Would've loved a little breakfast, But no problem, just a suggestion.
