I didn't even get to check in!! 😈 ..I booked on hotels.com full price..but when I get there at the desk the lady TRYED to charge me $50 EXTRA saying it was a deposit....the hotels.com app does not say ANYTHING about a $50 deposit upon check in ... Lady was rude she didn't get her manager when I asked to speak to them ... I was stuck in the COLD ALL LAST NITE OUTSIDE THERE .. I don't recommend this place to anyone...they rude and not kind-hearted at all ...

No breakfast no coffee pot sheets was stained up had to ask for clean bedding no the coffee in the lobby was horrible the lock on out door was broken liked it been kicked in bye some one no gym had trash all over the equipment just a bad management will never stay when back in town to visit family again

The room had cracks in the ceiling and walls. Our door was two-toned. The paint was peeling off. The shower leaked down from the shower head, PLUS, anytime we sat on the toilet, water would leak out as well. We killed a couple of roaches, while there. We wanted a hotel with a full breakfast, it was advertised, but they didn't even have a continental breakfast. NOTHING. I can't prove it, but we were supposed to have 2 queen sized beds, but I think that they were full beds. It wasn't the best stay, but it just proves that you get what you pay for. The clerk that checked me in, kept asking the same question over and over again, it felt like an interrogation, like she didn't believe me. It didn't give us a list of channels, and no menu channel. We even had to ask them for the "do not disturb" tag that goes on the door. It was just not a good experience. Sorry.

The place sucks. The staff was very rude and unfriendly. They disregarded the do not disturb sign and entered anyway. The door was previously kicked in and not properly repaired. The service hallway door was kicked in. The place has drug addicts as full time residents. The weight room was destroyed. The pool was covered up. Just a horrible place.

I give them an A+! Newly renovated room, pool was open. Only downfall really is if you’re staying on the side next to the road, the road noise is a lot if you’re not used to it, so bring earplugs just in case. Also wish there were more pillows, but we will definitely stay here again next trip!!

The room floor was disgusting. Floor felt like it was moist. I put my 1 year old son on the floor he ended up with stuff all over his legs and feet from crawling around. I told staff and tries to get a cleaner room. The staff was nasty and argumentative. They was not helpful they told me and my family to leave if we didnt like it so we did. I will never ever ever stay at this place ever again! This was ridiculous. They are lucky i cant post the pictures up here!

Aside from being terribly dirty because of construction mess everywhere we did not feel safe here. We rented two rooms and one room the safety lock was broken and the door did not lock half of the time. We all stayed in one room because of this. Staff upon check in was not friendly and very hard to understand. The amount of people roaming the grounds that didn’t look like they were occupants was alarming. This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in ever.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Worth it for the price. There was a good bit of noise throughout the night "the walls were thin." The dead bolt locked worked but the sliding bar lock was broken, so felt a little vulnerable. Check in was a bit of a nightmare as my reservation had just been given to someone else by accident.

I stayed here for a night, no issues whatsoever! Very quiet, neat, and at a very good location. Everything is close by just a walking distant to restaurants, groceries and shopping stores. Very professional staffs, Tina was the best. Excellent staff and great experience. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you all for your hospitality.

Terrible customer service from the front desk was absolutely terrible I paid for extra night. I called and the gentleman on morning shift open from 1130. he was very kind. I paid online and called and told I paid online and he said it was fine when I go to the property when I was off around 2 o’clock. The girls are fighters dude I may have a dog said she was supposed scared it took over 45 minutes to come to the room what she accused my dog of scratching andplaces thatwasv scratched up he couldn’t possibly done to the headboard and then I had leave because I had magnets on the refrigerator I was told that I had 15 minutes to check it out yes please tell me where it says you can’t have magnets on refrigerator this was absolutely terrible

This was my mom's and I second stay. We loved the joining rooms and they allowed us to check in early for a small fee. I enjoyed feeding the ducks that's in the pond behind the hotel. The rooms were very nice and clean.. It's our favorite getaway place. The staff were nice as well.

I have stayed at this hotel before. Just like everything in life you get what you pay for. This time the room was bare bones minimum. the ceiling in the bathroom was coming apart and there was only one lock on the door. With the deadbolt locked you get still move the door back and forth almost 1/2 an inch. Probably won't stay here again.

They are in the middle of a renovation and the room I had was practically new. The beds are a little soft for my liking, and the pillows aren’t the best. Other than that I had a wonderful stay. Kids enjoyed the pool and the ducks

Our hotel and rooms were nothing like what is posted on website. Our room was not clean, sheets and blankets were dirty, tv was static and had to be replaced but still messed up, no iron in room, blowdryer was unable to be plugged into wall. Door was not secure, opening everywhere for bugs to come in.
Housekeeper banging on our door at 9am to clean while we were still in room- she skipped cleaning and provided us 1 towel.

Management is weird they walked in while I was taking a shower after saying i’m in the shower just to get me to book for another night. They’re money hungry the room was dirty and smelled like smoke when I asked for non smoking DO NOT STAY HERE!

It was decent if you're by yourself, I got there and the guy upfront was a kind fellow, gave me my room key and I was off, first glance at the room it seemed iffy, it was a bit vandalized, but clean, the bed was clean, the shower was clean, except the towels they were not cleaned and somewhat not washed from Im assuming the previous user of the rooms stay which was kinda nasty, but I brough my own but still hella nasty, I slept well and what not, I would get it if I really needed it, otherwise you get what you pay for in all honesty

Asked for a no smoking room, got in the room and it smelled like smoke. Everything was dingy. There were cigarette burns on the sheets, the carpets were ols and had several large areas of stains. All the outlets were so loose that nothing stayed plugged in. The outlets in the end tables did not work.
The only thing that worked was the the tv and the mini fridge.

The front desk receptionist was extremely helpful, polite, courteous - VERY good. He was very responsive to any questions/problems.
The overall condition of the place was pretty run down. Bathrooms were tiny and old/run down. Did not feel comfortable walking on the carpet without shoes. Although the room was advertised as a non-smoking room, I had to be moved from the 1st room as the smoke smell was overwhelming. The next room I was put in was marginally better. My son's room smelled horribly of smoke.
