About what you’d expect. The property was clean and the rooms were nice if not a little dated. There is no breakfast at this location, we were there two mornings and only coffee was available each day. Conveniently located close to six flags and sports stadiums but probably not walkable for most people - expect to drive or Uber for anything you’d like to go to close by. I think for the price this is ok but if you are wanting a higher level experience you might look at other hotels located closer to amenities.

Our check in was late around 11 pm. I phoned earlier to request a room on the non freeway side.
Upon check in we got our room and the card keys didn’t work, for three different keys. Finally got another room after the night front desk guy couldn’t get the keys to work either. The original room was on the freeway side, which we originally requested to not get.
Night guy didn’t have a clue on questions we asked, specifically the trolley, breakfast spots, coffee in the lobby.
The morning crew was basically the same, don’t understand what good customer service is.
They also recommend a fly by night shuttle service of which they get a kickback.
On the plus side, it was quiet and close to all the venues in the Arlington Entertainment Center.

The hotel is old. It was booked on accident and they would not refund my money ended up going there anyway my truck was broken into. The hotel is no help. The cameras are not working. Anything officers say it happens often in that area overall not impressed. It’s too expensive for how it looks in the area.

The location was very convenient to AT&T Stadium for a Cowboys game, with a shuttle for $20 round trip per person, but the hotel was right next to the Interstate so the road noise was substantial all night long.

Paid for a balcony room thinking we could sit outside and enjoy the weather before hea6to our concert. Nope no lounge furniture and lock to patio door was broken. Coffee pot in the room was old and disgusting. Beds are hard as sleeping on the floor. Unfortunately we will not be using this hotel again.

We truly enjoyed our stay. It is not a fancy place, but it is very clean, very comfortable and location is perfect.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I was more disappointed in the fact that I had asked hotels.com to narrow down my search to properties that included breakfast and yet this property- that does not offer breakfast- was on that list. Then after being out running around all day with cheer stuff and then going to a game we came back to our room not being cleaned. I had not expected this. Our towels were replaced so there is that…

Management is a joke. They have no signs talking about a deposit. The deposit takes 7 days to get back. No breakfast which was part of the booking. Recommend staying somewhere else

somi asked the front desk attendant if there was a room available and she told me to come back at 1pm, when i returned she began to upcharge me for numerous things so my cost went from $275 amd jumped to $380 never will i stay here again they just want as much money as possible and will upcharge you for everything!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

We stayed at this location because of its proximity to the ballpark and ya’ll it’s 1.3 miles! It looks close on a map but it’s a trek. However, there is a trolly that will pick you up right outside of the hotel and it is THE FIRST STOP! if you stay at the other hotels on the line, by the time the trolly gets to you it might be full! We were also the first drop off!! Listen, this place is an outdated 80’s hotel. Maybe it’s supposed to have that look. If so, they nailed it on the outside. Inside, nothing fancy but it did the job. Staff was friendly and helpful. Disappointed there was no free breakfast, but I knew that when we made the reservation.

1star is too much! Staff is aggressive. Entire place is gross. Manager has zero people skills. Tried talking to the manager about his staff and he didn’t like my attitude so he kicked out me and my family. Staff called our room after midnight and woke us up. They also called us while we were out shopping to return to the hotel and demanded to know when we would return. When we returned, they had locked us out of our room… never ever again will I go to this place!
