The hotel was attached to a smaller casino where it allowed smoking. So Everytime we left the room we had to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke to get to the parking garage.

After I checked in, was late around 8/9 @ night, I basically went right to bed because I had an early morning event to get to. I took a shower, there was no shampoo or conditioner in the shower dispensers. Then open the curtain, and was poop 💩 smeared along side the toliet tank and up on the handle. When I left the room, I went up to the front desk, explained the issues with my room. The front desk gal said she would have house keeping take care of it, and offered to give me a different room. I let her know, I didn't have time to go up pack my stuff and switch, I was expected at a work event. I came back that evening, there was nothing done. Room was exactly the same. I called down to the front desk several times, no one picked up. I didn't feel like getting dressed and going down stairs. I used a tissue to flush the toliet, and didn't take a shower. When I checked out I spoke to the same person I let know the day prior, I think her name was Brenda or something. All she wanted to do is argue with me. The parking lot smelled of urine there is bird poop everywhere, so you can get touch the handles when going up and down the stairs, have pick up your suitcases, or else youd have bird poop on your luggage wheels...it was a POOPY weekend there, and when I get back home, I will let my sister who works in the travel business not to let ANY of her clients stay there!!!

The room was not clean. There were gross spots all over the carpet and ceiling. The tub caulking was black and coming off. Smelled like cigarettes because the ventilation isn't good. Just overall rundown and not nice. Pay a couple dollars more and stay at the newer Tacoma emerald queen instead!

Everything is so good

Air conditioner worked well. Beds were comfortable. Quiet.

It was a nice place to stay and going downstairs to play slots to unwind was great. Not to mention winning $500!

Hot tub was nice.

Apparently there are two hotels named Emerald Queen both within 5 miles of each other. One is Hotel and Casino the other is Casino and Hotel and they are significantly different The web site is not clear about this and to be honest I would have just thought it was a typo error. Well apparently I booked my stay at the lesser of these hotels. The Lyft driver dropped us off at the wrong side so after dragging our luggage down the street and around the corner. When I was informed that I was at the wrong location I was confused and I little upset. Why would they have two hotels with the same name. No shuttle service and since I booked through Hotels.com they would not make and changed or accommodations Unfortunately the other location was significantly lesser in quality and amenities They did not have table games only one restaurant that closed within 15 min of our eventual arrival, the pool was already closed, it was a smoking casino and we were almost strip search upon our entry to the hotel/casino. Apparently security is tight and I did not expect to have to open all my luggage on the casino floor because I dinged the metal detector. As you can imagine I was pretty upset by the time we actually got to the correct check in desk. At that point after finding out everything that I planned on doing while there at the hotel was by not available. No card games, no bar, no entertainment, no restaurant Then I asked for a close room, they put me in the very furtherest one

We didn't realize we were booking the fife location so we went to check in at Tacoma and were told we were in the wrong place. The entrance is not well marked so we parked in the first lot we saw and were told by the security guards it was not safe to park there and that it was "crime city". We moved to the covered parking lot and had to have all our luggage checked by security. We did recieve the email heads up about this but still felt disconcerting (especially with the conversation by the security guard earlier). Hotel beds were comfortable, room was fairly clean. Room reeked of smoke. There were cigarette burn marks on the furniture. Staff was friendly. No options for a decent cup of coffee in the morning onsite as the deli/espresso counter doesn't open until 11am. Overall, the smell of the room was the biggest drawback, had a hard time sleeping, the smell really bothered me.

Enjoyed every part of the stay with the exception of the restaurant. We had appetizers (potstickers, soring rolls, and BBQ pork). They tasted as if they were prepackaged frozen food, and then poorly cooked. They were very disappointing and expensive for the quality presented. That was our only negative during our stay. Staff and accommodations were excellent.

Great stay. Security at each entrance to get in. Different areas for casino with Non smoking and smoking but you have to go through smoking to get to front desk of hotel. Room smells like smoke. Deli doesn’t open until 11a which is odd because they have coffee and pastries which would be nice for breakfast. Parking garages felt safe and car was unharmed. Overall good stay.

We stayed at the hotel 3 days, the room was clean, the staff was friendly, the deli food was excellent, great subs, pizza and desserts. The room was slightly run down, especially the bath. Wall paper peeling, bathroom door paint peeling, I believe due to poor ventilation, it would really steam up during shower, only vent came on with light switch, very weakly.

Would have been great except the bathroom was not very clean!! I always bring sanitizer so I wiped it down myself.

There are no words to describe being forced to open up luggage and go thru metal detectors just to enter the casino and bring asked about weapons. JUST TO GET TO CHECK IN COUNTER

Hotel entrance & parking not clearly defined for overnight. Room was clearly smoked in previously.

Great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable.

It was hard to breath the hole time, it's very smokey. I still haven't recieved my 200 deposit and they're was no information in my room to help guide me so i doesn't a lot of money on food etc that i didn't need to.

Only thing was the body wash was empty. Good thing I brought soap. Other than that everything was ok

It is confusing to have EQC for both Fife and Tacoma. Family thought we were at the Tacoma location, which is larger and much less cigarette smell. In Fife the small hits you before you even enter, staff was noice, rooms smelled musty not clean.

They gave us a room that stunk like smoke and mold. Went back down asked for a new room and went back up to the new room and the key wouldn't work. Had to go back to get the key working. Was not a good visit

We had a great stay. Loved that there is a restaurant and a deli. Both stay open late, great for a midnight snack. Only down fall is, the cigarette smoke. Its a casino, I should of known better. Only because of the children. Other than that it was a great stay. Staff was friendly, great room.

Had a very nice relaxing time even with having to go through Security every time we came back into the hotel through the Casino.

The staff was amazing, super friendly and exceptionally courteous. The downside is there is a pervasive odour of cigarette smoke. Some rooms have a stronger scent other lighter, but never truly gone.

The room was very nice and clean! And all staff we approached was absolutely wonderful! I was so impressed with how smiley and friendly all the employees were. 10/10 i would absolutely stay again !!

Stayed with my 12 year old son. Weird walking through the smoking side of the casino with him every time we needed to leave to get something.

The security to get in and out was a bit extreme for a hotel guest. I would suggest a separate entrance.

Food from grill was subpar. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off. It smelled like mildew in the bathroom. This casino does not have table games - only slots.
