Great location to the Angel of the Winds arena -- a 10-15 minute walk.
Loved having the complimentary continental breakfast as well to get the day started.

This was a last minute unexpected stay with a late night check in- we had our dogs with us so we needed a place that was pet friendly.
The staff was lovely at both check in and out. The housekeeping team members were very friendly. Beds were comfortable, the room temperature was as well. Plenty of well-lit parking and a free hot breakfast rounded out this trip. The coffee was great, which is not always the norm at hotels. And while we didn't have the need/opportunity to utilize them, there is a laundry room, pool and small gym on site.
My only bit of feedback is that I wish the shower water was hotter and had more pressure. This very well could just be my personal preference, but I know that would have made this stay even better.
If in the area, would definitely stay again.

Okay for the price. Breakfast food kept running out and the staff were rushing to refill but we had to wait a while. For the price point, it was not too bad.

Called hotel for hours regarding reservation and no one would ever answer. Best Western even tried to call them and no one answered. Advertised they had a shuttle which they did not. Key cards stopped working after our first night and it took quite a while to get them fixed. Outdated.

The building is old including the amenities. I found bed bug in my bed. The breakfast was excellent though.

Very average/underwhelming. Wouldn’t return. Area not great. Long wait to check in. Noisy room above the pool. Rooms are clean but feel old. Breakfast was actually pretty good but took long time to refill things. Expedia checkout was listed at noon but apparently hotel checkout is 11. We got locked out of our room when we went to pool. Also pool doesn’t open til 10am but was being cleaned until 10:30. Also called for an extra bath towel since we had 4 people and only 3 towels but they never brought an extra. Just a lot of little things to make it annoying.

Everything was good once we got to the hotel except for the meal QR code thing you can scan to get food delivered to the room that was a joke but we did end up getting our food.. The worst part about the whole situation is I reviewed hotel after hotel looking for a place that would shuttle us from a train station to the hotel I specifically called this hotel and they said yes they have shuttle services. Mind I tell you that the bus station is about .4 mi away, The only problem is you have to go over the overpass and we had 75 lb of luggage we wasn't going to drag around. After calling the motel and asking for a ride they refused so we had to get a cab which was $22!!

Office manager very unhelpful. Room was so dirty we drove an hour to a nicer hotel and ate the cost. Completely misrepresented in ads. This area and hotel is completely run down. Wish my words could truly express my dissatisfaction.

We pulled up and almost drove away the outside was so old and run down looking but we gave it a shot and was happy to see nice clean area and rooms. The bathrooms are dated but clean. The breakfast was just ok. Would have been nice to have variety each day of hot food. Hot tub needs a good scrub but overall we were happy and would stay again.

Smelled musty and like smoke throughout. A couple homeless people parked along the street outside the parking lot, made us uneasy to leave the car there. Would not walk anywhere from this location due to safety concerns.

I had to get 7 different keys to access my rom for a one-night stay. They all stopped working. In the morning, there was no water in the bath or shower so I had to have a sponge bath in front of the sink. The room my friends had was just fine but #314 was jinxed!

Just as my husband and I were drifting off to sleep, someone entered our room with a key provided by the hotel. They apologized and left. We laughed it off and proceeded to use the other door lock as well. In the morning staff told us they made a mistake and did apologize. Overall it was a good stay

These rooms have two sinks, one in the room with bathtub and toilet and a second sink outside the full bathroom that makes it easier for two people to get ready at the same time. I love this feature.

I was here to attend my grandsons high school graduation. Because the check in time was 3:00pm and graduation started at 4:00pm I called and requested an early check in time. Not only did they agree to my request but the rooms were available as promised.

Dog friendly room was just off very noisy parking lot. Room should have been non smoker but pillows smelled of cigarette smoke and room had slightly musty smell.

Nice average hotel. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was nice with eggs, sausage, cereal and a few other items, plus the hotel waffles you find a lot. No issues at all. Clean and quiet. Would stay there again.
