Great hotel near restaurants and stores. Very clean and comfortable and a good price.

Everything was delivered as expected.

The best place to stay in Sault Ste. Marie. The restaurant and included breakfast are excellent.

Stayed here for 1 night while travelling. Beds were super comfortable. We got a free upgrade to a bigger room and the room had a lot of space for the 4 of us. Room was very clean. Staff were all very nice, and had easy parking.

Ive got nothing but good things to say about quatro

This is our 2nd stay at the property and the only negative was the 4:30AM fire alarm which woke us up and took us outside for 20 minutes. When we inquired in the morning at the front desk we were told it was not a fire but a medical emergency which seemed strange would trigger the fire alarm and clear all guests from the hotel rather than a call to 911. The clerk said nothing further. Perhaps something could have been done for the inconvenience. Otherwise we enjoyed the stay, the room and breakfast were excellent.

Was a safe place easy to get around

Quiet. Rooms were clean.

Stopped at Quattro on our way from GTA to Marathon and very pleased with our short stay. Swimming pool was great for the kids and well maintained, and check in/out was quick and easy. Room was much bigger than expected with door to separate beds from living space. Will definitely stay again next time we’re in the area.

Liked that it was clean. staff was friendly. Did not like distance to breakfast. Did not like that smokers allowed to smoke at entrance to the building.

Beautifully appointed rooms with excellent amenities & tasty continental breakfast. Enjoyed Pizzateca pizza (on-site, with room delivery). Quattro is a great launch point for exploring west & north of Sault Ste. Marie. A problem with our suite door was corrected within 45 minutes of check-in. Highly recommend and can’t wait to re-visit!

the suite we had was wonderful. The only thing is I wish there was two bathrooms.

Just old and in need of update

The room had not been swept and mopped for quite some time. There was soda spilled on the desk and floor that I cleaned up myself. The floor had small food crumbs from previous people. However, the bed was clean and the bathroom was clean. So those main areas they took care of. Smoking was just outside one of the entrance doors which made smelling it a bit forced. The staff was very friendly but I still do not recommend staying here.

My family and I always love staying at this hotel. However, this stay they put us on the second floor and our window was facing a reception hall with a VERY Loud function of some sort going on until well after 1:30am. I don’t understand why they would put guests in these rooms knowing it’s going to be loud. I also don’t understand why they don’t turn on the fridge when you know you have guests checking in that afternoon. To drive 8.5 hours with a small cooler and these items need to be put in the fridge, it’s was quite irritating. Now, the room was a great size and the bed was comfortable. However, the amount of dust in that room was Completely UNACCEPTABLE, the dust was thick in this room and sticky spots on the floor. The restaurant was delicious as always and servers were great. The front desk workers were pleasant and helpful as always.

The two things I did not enjoy about this hotel stay were the bathroom and breakfast. The bathroom in the room was incredibly small. The swing arc of the door came within about 6 inches of the toilet so one basically has to straddle or stand to the side of the toilet in order to open the bathroom door. This is contrasted by an absolutely huge room. We stayed a total of 3 nights and each hot breakfast was exactly the same food. The scrambled eggs are absolute garbage -- they have no flavour at all. It's like eating dust. Two high notes, however: fruit that is actually fresh and the quality of the pastries and croissants is excellent. Cleanliness was good. Beds, comfortable. I rated eco-friendliness a 3 because of how temperature is controlled in the suite. There are two HVAC units — one for the livingroom area and one for the bedroom area — controlled by separate thermostats. But also, because the bedroom is not in a separately enclosed space (i.e. with a door that can shut) this means that the two units fight each other. At one point, I was feeling chilly, so I just turned the thermostats up to 24. My wife later headed to bed and turned the bedroom unit down to 20. I shortly discovered that the unit in the livingroom was in fact pumping out heat. Avoidable with some due care and communication but much easier for it to happen and perhaps with people out of the room and not there to correct.

Good pool area

Large suite with lots of room. Bathroom tub grouting could use some attention and the AC unit was louder than normal.

Super fancy! Breakfast was outstanding! The bedrooms are wonderful!

I loved the suite, lots of room for the grandkids to play. Love the pool area but wish they still had a hot tub. Only thing I disliked was being on the second floor with no elevator was hard with a 2 year old.

We stayed in the tower and room was great. Comfy bed, very clean. Perfect location close to Tim Hortons.

Shower was dirty Hot tub in pictures doesn't exist. Its been filled in. Dining was closed the 2 days I was there Continental breakfast closed before actual closing hours

Nic hotel close to shopping and restaurants and convienent to access the trans Canada highway. Very good breakfast.

The hotel is nice

Would recommend to family and friends. The food in the restaurant was amazing. A must eat for foodies.

Staff had everything ready for a smooth check-in and check-out. Breakfast included helps start the day right.

All the staff at this establishment were extremely friendly and very helpful. They tried to make her stay as pleasant as they possibly could and definitely accomplish that. Breakfast was wonderful, and the rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. The only complaint I could possibly have is that the hot tub was under construction.
