The overall stay wasn't bad but there's things people need to be aware of. If you want a pool they don't have it open. The fitness center they have has only 3-4 machines. The only working ice machine is on the 4th floor. As far as the room it was nice. Well taken care of. Comfortable beds and pillows.
So the hotel in my book was worth it if you are paying under $100 a night

We didn’t stay! We went inside the room and we couldn’t stand the smell and there were stains on the beds. We left immediately! We don’t get to stay in hotels often,we got a gift card from hotels.com for my birthday so sad we weren’t able to enjoy it.

This hotel advertises that they have an indoor pool, it is not open at all, I asked about it multiple times. Window let in the rain from the storm, had to switch rooms. The pillows were the worst, comforter stained, tub dirty. The breakfast was unetable!!! Worst experience I have ever had

I've had good experiences at Baymont and this was a good deal it was adequate at the best ripped rugs I had to change my room because of a non-smoking room very pungent cigarette smoke the breakfast was basically not existed but it was clean Baymont usually has a pool so that was a bonus want to take a morning swim but it was closed for a while

It was a very pleasant stay and close to all the activities that I needed to attend. Have previously stayed at this location and a reason why I returned.

The pool was not heated and the filters were not running. There was trash all around the pool. The railing to go in picks up and I almost fell in. The beds where double and they only gave us three pillows. One little sample of shampoo. There was no rails or any anti slip in the tub/shower. The emergency door would stick and u where unable to open half the time. There was no where to sit outside. There is no business center. I asked if he could print something out for me and he told me no. Nothing was labeled the last day we found the bathrooms on the main floor so when u ate u could use instead of going clear back up to ur room. Oh at the pool there is no where to change or go to bathroom. No where to put wet towels. The batteries in the remote where dead. We will never stay there again.

Smelled like marijuana...If you smoke tobacco in room you lose your 50.00 deposit although the hallways were filled with marijuana smell. Whole place freaked of smells....Carpeting in room on threaded etc. Just needed for 1 night to adopt a dog from the area. Hope we didn't bring home bed bugs...will see

Was in town for my son’s tournament. Entire building and rooms smelled like smoke and elevators were sketchy. Asked for new towels and wash cloths, was told to bring the old ones down first then they only had towels in return.

Property showed years of neglect. It needs a major renovation. Bathroom faucet was unattached to the sink. Toilet seat was barely attached and moved when sat on. Room A/C unit was barely able to keep the room cool and the air was still humid. There were expose power wires below the A/C unit and wire nuts were resting on the carpet. Huge fire hazard! The secondary on the door was broken. They ran out of most of the food for breakfast with 45 minutes left in the breakfast time.

The ice machines were all broke. The pool was not open! The breakfast was limited! No orange juice and no yogurt!

This place was absolutely terrible. We were stuck in the elevator. There’s renovation everywhere. The room was gross. It did not get cleaned. Not one time in the three days that we stayed there. We did not get fresh towels in the three days that we stayed there and now I’m being charged a $50 security deposit and they refused to let me know why.

Ok, so. This place is being remodled, no doubt about it. We got a room that was recently remodeled for the most part, I think, but the carpet in our room had spots where it had been worn and there were carpet nails sticking up when entering the bathroom?? There was plastic laying on our table when we first came in from where they put a new cover on the ironing board. They also had no extra pillows and blankets. And it smelled like weed SO bad. It honestly made me nauseous. Staff was nice though and it was a cheap place to stay.

This property is terrible. Dirty and damaged in the room. Charged my card a $50 hold for no smoking room. I had to wait for them to verify the room had not been smoked in. But the charge went into my card. It might be a National chain but it is not up to their standard.

I didnt like anything about the place very different from online photos. The pool was closed. Couldnt get clean towels or an extra blanket. My room got changed 3 times because of the conditions of the room. I advise no one ever go there. The place should be shut down.

We had a quiet stay while sleeping. The hotel is severely outdated. Trash cans over flowing, carpet is nasty, elevator floor was sunken in. Dirty bathroom and breakfast area. I was disappointed that Baymont approved this franchise.

The hallway smelled of pot, the linens had holes, the curtains had holes, the smoke detector was beeping we were told to take the batteries out of it, there was no staff to take care of it, there was a sign I noticed as I was checking out it stated that they do not clean everyday. There was a used dirty needle laying on the first floor stair landing, one morning we did manage to find some breakfast in the lobby. The other two mornings there was nothing but cold cereal. I would not stay there again and I will not take the chance on staying at Baymont hotel. The owners of the hotel do not seem to care what condition the hotel is in and apparently Baymont doesn’t care about their reputation.
