affordable and great hotel to stay.

First and foremost, I am surprised that they offer a suite with a kitchenette without any utensils/plates/towels/dishwashers which I would expected to have when I book a suite due to the flexibility of being able to eat in your room. Obviously, pricing was higher for this type of suite without the amenities. I am a bit upset that they give me a handicapped room for a king bed studio which was not mentioned at the time of booking. The biggest issue is that bathroom - just feel dirty due to no barriers between the shower/toilet/sink. It is constantly wet. We need to put lots of towels on the floor to form a barrier so it is not wet everywhere. Additionally, there are sugar ants everywhere and when we tell them about it but I am unclear if it was done. How do you exterminate your hotel. There was a swimming pool but it was full of debris so we were unable to go swimming on days that we would like. I am not sure not sure what happen to this facility. I expected better from Best Western. It was a reasonable price hotel and convenient to other areas, but at least make it feel like an inn versus a motel. Disappointing customer.

Their pipe broke down. The whole building smell horrible. The remodeling the building, changing the rugs which makes it even smell more bad. Inside the room was smell dirty and old. I have to go out and buy the air refresher to make it better. The blanket was old as well. Couldn’t stay longer and have to check out immediately the next morning

We recently stayed at this hotel as a family of four and had a wonderful experience. Upon our arrival, the receptionist was very helpful and recommended a fantastic Mexican restaurant, Los Sanches. We dined there and thoroughly enjoyed the food, which was reasonably priced. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean. The breakfast provided was satisfactory, offering a good variety of options to start our day. The pool was a great amenity, perfect for relaxing. Despite the hotel’s proximity to the highways, we experienced no noise disturbances, ensuring a peaceful stay. For our visit to Disney, we opted to use Uber for transportation. This turned out to be a great choice, costing us around $28 per day. Although there were other transportation options available, we found Uber to be the most convenient for our needs. We also used the hotel's laundry facilities. Washing with the machine cost $4, and the dryer was the same. However, be aware that purchasing Tide detergent from the hotel shop is more expensive than buying it elsewhere. The spaciousness of our room made it ideal for a longer stay, providing ample space for all family members to feel comfortable. Overall, our stay was enjoyable and the hotel's amenities and location contributed significantly to our pleasant experience.

Zero Hospitality involved in our 7 night stay. Had to go fetch our own towels every day from the front desk. Had to fetch our own toilet paper. Had to take out our own trash every day. It was like staying at a poorly maintained apartment complex. Very disappointed. This property poses as a Best Western but they certainly don’t act accordingly.

Close to stores

While a little outdated, property was clean, staff were friendly and parking was ample. Surrounding area was quiet, low traffic with easy access to hwy. I felt very safe during our stay, especially as traveling alone with my children. Great mid way location for our Disney/Beach vacation. Walls are thin, but isn't a problem if other travelers are respectful (which was a hit or miss during our stay). We had a suite w/kitchenette, was very spacious for our party of 4. Breakfast was so-so. Rehydrated eggs, bacon, sausage patties, make yourself pancakes and biscuits & gravy during our 4 day stay. Was often lukewarm, with a small variety of other continental items, which were not always replenished. Dining opened to outdoor/Pool sitting area which was spacious and lovely. Overall, I'd come back with my family.

Everyday since our stay we’ve had to come down and talk to front desk regarding smoke smell and shortage of towels. Also trash bags and a roll of toliet paper. Maintenance has not stopped by since we’ve arrived to our room. I have had to physically take down and throw away my garbage twice. No house keeping has knocked on our door to ask if we need any type of services. There are no fire alarms in our room. We checked in on Wednesday morning and had been gone all day for Disney Land to spend my husbands birthday. I am allergic to smoke and my 5 year old son has asthma. We come back into our rooms and smelling like heavy cigar smell. Our toliet is extremely filthy and we’re told someone would be coming up to clean it for us. It’s now afternoon and nobody has yet came up to clean our toliet. We were told that there is 24 hour maintenance services. We have not been offerend any options to switch rooms we were only told these rooms share vents. We felt shorted of our amenities also the jacuzzi was green like pond water and super cloudy we were told the pool hadn’t been cleaned since Wednesday

Staff was helpful

For it price, with breakfast, this place served what I needed. We did have some issues with the room like clogged shower, broken hanging rack. Once we informed the front desk, they offered to move us , which we declined since we got settled in by that moment. They ere able to fix the issues that same day. The area is good as it’s close to the Outlets, Disneyland and other popular areas by car. Breakfast was standard with fruits, breads, yogurt, bacon/ sausage, cereals and juices which were satisfying.

I booked for a Handicap accessible room and didn't receive one. When I calles to ask they said they were all booked. So I had to put a chair from the kitchen in the shower so my mom could take a shower. The shower pressure was very low, could not even wash our hair because it wasn't strong enough to get the soap out. Just enough pressure to get the soap off of bodies. The hot water did not get hot! It barely got a lukewarm so we practically had cold showers.

Great property for the price.

I was excited to stay here since it had been about 10 years since I stayed last. Check in was smooth. They do charge for parking which is not listed on the fees. We got to our room which was the size of a walk in closet. The floor was disgusting. Room 314 has a tiny prison like window for the whole room. The floor by the window has some type of whole under the carpet like the floor is falling. Everything was very old. The ac vent sounded like an airplane every time it turned on. I probably would not stay here again and I am thankful it was just for the night.

The sheets on the sofa bed was dirty and had what appeared to be chocolate shavings, the lady who checked us in was rude. Breakfast in the morning however was nice and had a variety of food and drinks to start the day off.

We loved the amenities: the breakfast, pool, exercise room and our suite was clean, comfy and very spacious. We would have liked more housekeeping services. We stayed 7 days and they only come by request. We requested it, but they didn't come when scheduled.

This best Western is always a great place the location is lovely the staff is always friendly and helpful. The guest on the other had have no manners 3am yelling outside my door was a big turn off
