Filthy, nasty, unsafe, doors dont lock, shuttle never showed up. Rooms smell like pot. No restaurant as advertised. No food at all. Drink machine broken, very unsafe. Pee in toilet, used soap in tub. DO NOT STAY HERE. YOU WONT BE SAFE.

Room was not ready when I checked in; door found open maintenance installing new drapes and room not put together completely… I waited bit too them 2x as long as they were doing my friends room who was still 2 hours away and then when that room was ready maintenance said your all set but he had not done my room… then my keys stopped working day 2… had to go to the desk who didn’t ask for any id to get a new key. #safety first…then on day 2 housekeeper walked in on me while i was in shower… how did she get the door open as the safer bolt was thrown; she should not have that level access!

No one told us that the restaurant and bar had burned down. Pool was closed for renovations, we had no where to eat breakfast as we didn’t have a car. Had to order delivery for dinner. The office was in a room. If we would have known this we would’ve found another hotel, as we used all our points. The room was clean though. I think the hotel should’ve gave a heads up!!

It was a horrible experience, when I arrived at the hotel for check-in I learned that my rooms (2, non-smoking) were issued to other customers… the front desk manager attempted to accommodate his mishap with two smoking rooms, however it was unacceptable considering 2 of my 5 family members had chronic illnesses, and would have to be hospitalized if they would have inhaled that smoke odor for an extended period of time. With that said I wasted time, and approximately $80 (USD) in Uber fees, because of this situation. I strongly urge those in the area that are seeking to stay at a hotel to not consider Days inn, Fort Lauderdale, Fl

Room was only fair. The pipe was disconnected underneath the sink so ended up with wet floor as a result! Housekeepers wait until you leave to sneak in the room! Changed towels but didn’t ask to come inside! I felt like my room was broken into! Had to check all of my belongings! Be courteous and ask first if you want/need housekeeping! Key locked before stay was over. Office manager questioned my identity and asked for id! Sir it’s all inside the room! He obviously saw the photo copy from check in and saw it was me. Major points deducted for trying me like I was some random homeless person trying to steal a room! Screams from room next door from arguing for several hours! People hanging outside of room door and smoking! Left an uneasy feeling!

Horrible property. Broken door locks. Unsafe. Came back to the hotel to find my room was ajar. Don’t know how they operate with criminals, but definitely don’t go there!

The room is nice like the area was a bit noisy was trains pass but its nice not bad at all. Front desk was extremely helpful. Pool was clean housekeeping came every morning and it was amazing. Near by is a restaurants and store that you can walk to and get good food and the stuff that you need.

I had a bad experience and i will never stay there again the Housekeeper was so nasty and rude her name was lucy and i ask for for clean linen and she got up set and ask me why i took the sheets off the sheets was very dirty i took pictures. I was not treated right by one of your staff. I want a refund i felt for me wanting to sleet on clean sheet your staff got mad cause i guess that was more work for her. She need to learn to no how to speak to guest or she need to be taught customer service skills which a supervisor came up and offered late check out which i left early due to the way i was treated and talk to so nasty by the housekeeper.

This place was absolutely nasty. Mold in the room. Dirty shower. Worn linen with burn holes thorough out. Burn holes in the chair. Roaches the size of Baby Kong. Shower was disgusting seems like no on every cleaned it. Broken ironing board with no iron. I was told i had to wait for cleaning staff to arrive to get iron which i had to go to my new job before anyone ever came. Will never go to this place again. Worst hotel experience hands down. I have picture and video proof. I will be taking this up to their senior management and BBB.
