Stayed at this hotel 3x in the past. This was the most disappointing stay. Had a group of XC girls staying there night before a big race. We always eat the breakfast. Go down by 7:30am and it’s picked over. No fresh fruit, no bagels, no yogurt. Just plain bread some eggs and oatmeal. And waffle maker. Asked the front desk if they had more fresh fruit he said no it’s all gone. Didn’t even bother with the breakfast. Had to take everyone out to eat. Will pass on this hotel in the future. Girls were also excited for pool and hot tub. Out of order. Disappointing all around. Hotel room was clean bed comfy but outdated furniture and broken chair seats.

Well overall it looked nice, until i went to close the blinds. I then found mold on the curtains. The room smelled musty and damp. The bed might have been the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on. The staff was very nice and the room looked nice otherwise

Waiting to get checked in was painful (way too long) poor front desk guy called for help but it never came. Beds were awful. I haven’t had a back ache like this in years. Bathroom walls were grimy

I Love how the staff is so professional and nice, when I arrived they had given me a room that smelled really bad of mildew, I asked that my room be changed and it was just that my room was changed asap, I do think the price is a little high seeing is how the pool has not been operable each time I have stayed, but that won’t stop me from staying there when I visit!! Very nice and clean!

Stayed here with friends for a yearly kayaking trip in Indiana. The rooms smelled of mildew and it was a bit humid in the rooms as well. We had to run the a/c constantly to keep them at a decent level of humidity. There were some stains on the lampshades but nothing overly dirty about the rooms.
The staff and service was excellent. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was top notch.
I don't particularly care for hardwood floors in a hotel but I won't hold that against the Quality Inn and Suites.

Hotel and rooms were very clean. Beds had pillow top that was very comfortable and pillows that were comfortable down-alternative. Room air conditioning had a little trouble keeping up with the heat and humidity, but otherwise comfortable. Breakfast would have been better if there was sausage with the scrambled eggs and bananas and oranges instead of just apples for fruit. Otherwise the breakfast was good standard fare.

We were disappointed the pool was closed down. I had checked the website before booking and it showed a pool. I didn't see any message saying it was under repair. The front desk service person then showed me another button to press to show the actual amenities in service and the pool wasn't listed. How would someone know to check another area for amenities? Shouldn't there only be one place showing them? The rooms rooms average.

The fan in our room was out of balance, the tub had no stopper, and the noise from the rooms around us and above us were very loud. And we were not made aware that the pool was out of order prior to the stay and that was a primary reason to stay there for our kid.

Was very convenient right off of 74. Clean and quiet for a quick stay on our trip. Wish they had a baby bed as we were traveling with 2 two year olds and only had one pack and play with us.

The staff was extremely nice and welcoming! Beds and pillows were very comfortable and it was very quiet...I got a good nights sleep! The only thing they could improve is the rooms good use a good thorough cleaning of spots such as ledges on backsplashes and the nooks and crannies areas that may not always be cleaned everytime. Seemed to be a lot of build up in those spots.

The INdoor pool was "closed for the season". Seriously?! It's an indoor pool! I wasn't going to get my money back if I cancelled the reservation. Go to Baymont! Baymont Hotel is a lot cleaner!!
