Waited an hour and a half to check in.when someone finally did show they were clearly on some sort of drugs and high. Front desk staff was extremely rude.. problems with the key to my room which involved safety concerns and staff just laughed in my face. Absolutely horrible experience..

Horrible property first time I’ve ever felt unsafe in a hotel/motel. stay away at all costs!!!

Carpet was dirty. Wood Trim around front door cracked/broken as if someone had previously broken the door down. Insects in bathroom. People upstairs walking around and showering until 4 AM. Possible drug dealing in next room.

Place was dirty and needed multiple repairs. No room service for multiple-day stays.

The stench of cigarettes hit us before we entered the room. Particularly charming was the rotting pear in the window of the next room down.

Extremely unsafe hotel. I stopped in and booked another hotel as I was waiting for my room key, because I could immediately tell the place was dangerous. While they were fumbling with finding my reservation, someone came in high and it was clear this was a normal occurrence. Room strongly smelled of smoke. I would not be surprised if this hotel were a hotspot for crime. I locked myself in the room for five minutes waiting for my Uber, and sprinted when I had the chance. My 15 minutes at the Rodeway Inn was the scariest experience I’ve had in a long time.

Cold shower, no hot water. Rooms need a thorough wipe down and vacuum. Surfaces were sticky and carpet was dirty and found someone's prescription pills near bed.

We book a NON SMOKING room but when we opened the door to the room we were overwhelmed with the smell of cigarettes. The room was most definitely not NON SMOKING. We asked if they had another room that did not smell like a cigarette factory but they said there were no other rooms available. My wife is allergic to cigarette smoke so we left and found another room. Also - there were lots of cigarette butts outside of ALL of the rooms. This hotel is not nice enough for Hotels.com and definitely should not be advertised as NON SMOKING. I demand the refund of our money as this room as NOT ACCEPTIBAL AT ALL!!!

Room was obviously dirty...not cleaned in corners and debris still there and not picked up.. Blanket and bedspread had holes in them. No coffee pot, hairdryer smashed and broken refrigerator had no freezer and was not cold, so they gave us another one with freezer. Sidewalks ther broken in pieces and there was no wheelchair ramp. Manager was helpful but that is about she could do. The manager was helpful

Left with some bug bites all over. Couldn't tell from what. Certainly opted to pay higher price for better conditions in the future

Smelled like cigarette

Very hospital front desk and cleaning lady. However, the facility is somewhat outdated and run down.

The WiFi was terrible and the room was dirty. I kept finding dirty napkins around the room.

This place caused me so many problems and in the end I wasn’t even allowed to check into my room and had to find a random motel for the night.

Room was not cleaned, there were glass shards cigarette butts, bugs, mold, cigarette burns and bodily fluids around the room.

The inside was nasty. The bed covers were dirty and there was a stain on the wall. It is undetermined on what the stain actually was; it *looked* like feces. The bed matresses had hair and dirt in them. The floor seemed as if it hadn't been washed in ages, and was incredibly dirty. It stained our socks when we stepped in it. One of the pillowcases had a green-ish stain on it that looked like mold. The vibes from the hotel were unsettling. The bathroom sink was dirty, having hair and orange stains on it. The floor was sticky. The room also had a very uncomfortable cigarrette smell, but the staff were very nice and gave us a spray to temporarily get rid of the smell. The area around the property was decent and was cared for. Overall, the place was terrible. I would not reccomend this place other than to leave your stuff in it and sleep in it overnight-- for one night only.

Price was decent for the holiday weekend. Walked into the room to continuously find glass on carpet, night stand and even in the bed. I found out the glass pieces were from crack pipes.

Place was an absolute pig sty. Holes in carpets. Outlets coming out of walls. Holes in walls. TV was digitized. Stains on carpet. Went to baseball game at Norwich SeaUnicorns and decided not to go back. Luckily took everything with us but the pesky 12pk of Baja blast. Tried to call to let them know we weren't returning...no answer. Service w dirt. Gotta love it.

Worst hotel I ever stayed at. Hotels.com should not even have this hotel on their list. very dirty room, stuff in the drawers like crumbs and a calking tube. Stepped on the carpet and it was wet. Dried bloody snot on the wall and shower curtain. Stay away from here. Vagrants walking around Very sketchy people hanging around. Hotel needs repair.Moldy musty smell in the room .

The rooms are clean and fine for the price, but the outside stairs and hallways are horribly old and dirty.

You get what you pay for. The carpet between the bed and nightstand was very dirty. It’s a very dated property that is in dire need of a refresh. It was a place to sleep.

Room was absolutely the filthiest I have ever stayed in. There were holes in the wall, carpet cruddy and needed vacuumed, matresses were filthy, shower was gross. We didn't even unpack our bags to stay the night.Not to mention the unsanitary area around the motel, including trash and beer cans scattered everywhere. Definitely do not recommend this place to anyone traveling.

The place is peaceful i like everything about it accept the bathroom door that was broken but other than. that it as a good service and the ppl in the front desk are pretty chill and nice

I found this motel very unloved. Things in the room were very dirty and broken. The area and the motel didn’t feel safe.

Bathroom door didnt lock or close all the way. Lamp cord was burnt and unusable. Curtain didnt close al the way. Desk chair was disgusting. Black dirty sand was all over the bed. Floor wasnt vacuumed. Staff unfriendly at night.
