I had a frustrating experience at this hotel. The boat slip is unsuitable for vessels over 19 feet, and maneuvering our trailer was impossible, leading to damage to our car. Despite paying $70 for parking, there were no available spots. To make matters worse, our room had roaches, which was unacceptable. Because of the horrible stay, we ended up leaving the hotel and going home early. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel for larger boats or for those seeking a clean stay. Significant improvements are needed.

The rooms were just not clean.

Front desk staff are very nice. The breakfast is nice as a continental breakfast. Pool Villa although it wasn’t on the pool was comfortable. I must say the floor of the kitchenette area smelled like rotten milk, so every time I went to get something out of the mini fridge I caught a strong smell. The launch ramp is a gravel dropoff that is very shallow at high tide. I managed ok launching Jetski’s. Much easier to retrieve at low tide. Overall a nice to place to stay.

There was cockroach inside the hotel on the food that I bought with my money.

I really thought that for the money i was paying and the name resort it would be a clean nice experience. The kids sofa was terrible flat uncomfortable and dirty. The bathroom was extremely hot the ac was not strong at all had it in 64 and 2 running with fan and it was still hit. The toilet was making a running noise. We had a balcony but no access to it since the sliding door didnt open, the carpets were dirty and we had a puddle in the parking area that kept making us bring the mud in. I wont be renting there again for the money paid is not worthy oh and pool was HOT

Overall the hotel for the price everything was nice and pretty modern. Staff was friendly but a fake friendly if you know what I mean. The free breakfast and having kayaks and bicycles to use included is really nice and convenient. Only issue with me was roaches.. I found the little ones running around the bathroom at night and a really big palmetto in the refrigerator.. Other than that the rooms were clean I was honestly surprised when I seen them.

Have stayed here several times and always satisfied with the accommodations

Amazing property love the marina in the back very convenient and affordable if you want to rent a boat or jet ski… the staff was amazing and breakfast was good. Definitely an amazing Florida Keys experience.

Room not made up either day and couldn’t get towels. Staff was short and apologetic but….

The location is very convenient. AC is cold. The bed frame makes a lot of noise. Creaky Stayed in July and all the ice machines were broken.

Nice room for a motel. Not a lot of space to put your bags away. We came in late due to our flight and got in around 9pm. Check in was quick but we didn’t receive a map of the motel. We were give rough directions where to go but it was dark and after a long flight it took us 15 minutes to figure out where are room is located. There is no signage but for the 4 story building area, not the motel area. This was frustrating.

View from unit is of trees not the ocean, you can get a peek of the ocean from sitting sideways on the balcony in a not so comfortable chair and also the unit had no chair in the unit or stand for luggage and very small refrig / kitchenette area.

The room never was cleaned.

Friendly staff. I wish they had a laundry room. But overall, it was a good stay.

Pluming issues, sofa dirty and no additional chairs. A/C didn't cool. No coffee machine. After hours staff didn't answer. All my personal items soaked! Finally got into another room at 1am! After calling for three hours and no response! Worst hotel ever!

The good: we had a large unit with a gorgeous view on the top floor. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was nice. The bad: the room was not clean upon arrival, smudgy sliders and windows, the building condition is poor and the elevator was downright rickety and scary. The pool is small and shared with another resort. Other guests were loud and there were piles of dog poop left on the grounds (we brought our dog and would never leave her poop behind). The resort fee is high and there was only one paddleboard. The marina was dirty and the grounds were not well kept. There was quite a bit of trash washed up at the boat ramp.

The hotel ramp is bad, the staff at the front desk is rude

Nice place. Would give it another chance. Check in was ok, no info was given about breakfast, pool or the non working ice machine. Room was clean except bathroom toilet had skid marks in it. Went to front desk and asked they come clean it and was told housekeeping was gone for the day. Asked for pool towels and it took 15 minutes for her to retrieve them.

The two bedroom ocean view is a great floorplan for a family with teenagers. With seperate rooms everyone has their own space.

Both Vicky and and one of the other girls working the desk on the 19th were very courteous and professional its a very cool place but your staff made it even better.

The staff was very friendly and professional. It appears some minor repairs and maintenance was ongoing! A little unsightly, but nothing that could have interfered with your stay or enjoyment!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is small, cereal, muffins and hard boiled eggs. The rooms were a little smaller than I expected but we only slept in them so it worked fine.

The white wall to the right of the door to our room had some type of brown dirt, mold or a dark drink dripped down the wall. The shower stall had pink mold around it. Something leaked on the bathroom floor a couple of nights/days. It looked like someone was trying to renovate but got tired and quit because the wall in the bathroom looked like it was rotting out. The bottom of the bathroom door looked like there had been a flood in the bathroom and it was rippled and bottom missing, paint missing on the door where it cracked off. The exhaust van in the bathroom ceiling was full of dust, looked like hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. Black scraps on the white walls in the hanging clothes area and a black spot on the bathroom wall. The mattress was on a piece of plywood that wasn't even painted and the bed made so much noise had a hard time sleeping because every time you move in the least bit, it made a loud noise! Needless to say, not much sleep. The one thing we'll say is the view off the balcony was good of the ocean from a side angle. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY ON YOUR WEBSITE UNTIL THEY CAN RENOVATE A LOT BETTER!!!

The room was very quiet. It was a bit loud on the main road. The beds were too soft for me.

Great stay, good location, nice spacious updated rooms

Our room is clean and nice, but the bed not so comfy. They have breakfast , but not too many choices. The staff were nice and good. We even use the bbq grill.

The 2BR ocean view unit is large with a large wrap around deck with gorgeous view and a kitchen. Plenty of room to spread out and beds are comfortable. The shower could use some caulk and looked a little brown in the seams. The bolt lock on the door didn’t work but we didn’t have safety concerns. Breakfast is super basic but better than nothing. Great location and nice to watch people fishing right off the dock and going in and out of the marina.
