Dirty room, ceiling cracking, lots of weekly rentals,police stayed in parking lot, bathroom filthy!!! I stay at red roof everywhere I go, worst stay yet, never staying at red roof again!!!

Hookers all over the parking lot and the room was one of the most disgusting rooms I have ever saw

Booked online got to property only to be told they didn’t have a vacancy. I asked about my refund. Was very rude, didn’t even ask me my name to ensure a refund. Very sketchy. Another gentleman was in front of me asking if there was a microwave on the property and was told no. Lady was hanging outside the front door and looked as if she had been kicked out of her room.

Dirty, old, smelly. Room was no smoking but had several cigarette burns on the bedspread. Water in floor from air conditioner. The room smelled like weed and mildew. Parking lot has trash all over and vehicles that looked like someone was living out of them. Will not be back or recommend.

I honestly felt like I was a second-class citizen at Red Roof Inn. They have a nice lobby there but we have to enter in the back of the lobby and be serviced behind a glass window as if we are at a gas station. It was extremely difficult to understand anything that the front desk attendant was saying (whom we had to wait for). When I placed my reservation, I requested for a non-smoking room and was given a room that smelled like smoke. Even worse, both of the beds had cigarette burn marks all over the covers and on the sheets. The TV was not operational at all. The sink and bathtub had cracks. Since we had to leave for a performance at the game we left. We also had nonrefundable rooms so we could not just request for a different room and I was already uncomfortable with the front desk staff. I will NOT be going there again.

Very dirty, stained sheets, broken items in the room. Just overall crappy hotel. Would not recommend.

It was disgusting. Roaches in the bed, coming out of the walls and drains. The front counter was rude and on their phone the whole time.

It was so bad I reached out to the corporate office and informed them how bad the the hotel and management was at this location.

NEVER EVER EVER EVER STAY HERE. The room was dirty and smelled of smoke. I told the manager on site, who happened to be one of the RUDEST people I've ever met, that we reserved a non-smoking room. He said, "that is a non-smoking room". I told him if that’s how all his non-smoking rooms smell I need to cancel my reservation and get a refund. He told me “Read the sign-NO REFUNDS”. I checked in early and had already paid. We went back and forth for a minute, and I realized that he was not interested in doing the right thing, only that his rooms were nonrefundable, so I got the receipt and told him I’d be disputing this with my CC company. The room and customer service was so bad we left, didn’t stay one night and had to rebook with another hotel nearby, where the rooms were clean, and the staff was warm and friendly. In my 49 years on this earth, I’ve never had a worse experience while staying at a hotel. I wish I could WARN anyone thinking of staying here ahead of time. STAY AWAY FROM RED ROOF INN.

Room was nasty. The floors haven’t been swept or mopped at all. Trash under beds and in floor. The pictures online of not of these rooms. The place is falling apart. Stains on sheets.

We had no wash cloths or towels. Couldn't get anyone to find us any!! Room nasty!! Urine all over commode, hair where someone had shaved all over sink and counter. We sprayed Lysol on the sheets and laid down couple hours. No bedspread, thin sheet. We went to see dep leppard and journey at the stadium...so thank God we were not in that room long!! Awesome show!!. That definitely made up for our nightmare at the motel!!

The room looked like it had been lived in for a month. Bed clothes were stained. The floors were filthy room was dilapidated. Do not rent from this hotel! Any response that says the hotel tried to accommodate me is a lie. It was so dirty that we could not stay there and I had to rent another hotel! Do not believe that your room is going to look like the picture here. On expedia, because it absolutely does not represent what you will be checking into.

This place looks presentable from the outside. Unfortunately the rooms are old and poorly maintained. Attempts were made to update the room’s appearance but this didn’t improve the functions or comfort. The shower wall had a large crack in it. Loose toilet seat. Sheets were dirty and had cigarette burns. I had no remote for my tv so I couldn’t navigate what I wanted to watch.

This was a nightmare from the beginning. First we get there from 2 hours away and the lady refused our reservations. Then the room was filthy and old. No cover to keep warm, pillows like rocks, bed like a sheet of plywood. Cheaper doesn't have to be disgusting.

Don't stay here. There were stains on the bed. When I asked for an extra clean sheet to simply cover the stains before sleeping on the bed, they said no. There was an unidentified black plastic bag in the corner of the room. I avoided checking what was inside. When walking back to our room at night, there was loud "adult video" noises blasting either on a TV or speaker. Overall very uncomfortable experience and could not wait to get out.

No reception service, only through night window. Reserved for non smoking and room smelled to cigarettes and showed cigar marks on bed sheets; I had to request room change. It is more a Pass Motel than a Hotel. Not what I expected.

The room smelled really bad. There were patches on the walls with stucco. There were big cracks on the walls of the bathroom.

This was beyond the epitome of horrible mold the bed leaning faucets running while knob was off file odor and the list goes on and on I would never recommend this to anyone a day in my life not to mention a guest told us they were just on the news 2 weeks ago for sex trafficking

Not safe when you pull up it’s 5 plus with hoods on we didn’t feel safe at all we went and slept in our car in a parking lot! Terrible this place needs to be shut down

My room had trash underneath the bed dirty towels were recycled without cleaning

Staff was not friendly. Did not even have the lobby open. Was directed to go to the “vending” area to check in. Lots of noise and lots of patrons hanging around outside and “partying”. The comforters had holes where they had obviously been used in smoking rooms and they were cigarette burns. Would not stay here again.

Dirty bugs old

For a quick night sleep and close to battery it wasn’t bad! Spend your time at the battery and not in the room and you’ll love it!

The room seemed to have been redone but there was a chip of wood out of the night stand. The bedding was awful, outdated. Seemed to be an old innerspring. Most motels today have innerspring with memory foam tops.

I didnt get to stay here because they gave away my reservation and then told me i coild have a twin bed room. This is not what i paid for and neither will pay for.
