When I made reservation it showed that the hotel was pet friendly. When I checked in and told them I have an ESA certified small dog - they added a $20 fee.

This is a basic off-the-highway motel, but our room was spotlessly clean, with good WiFi and a working TV. What more do you need for a one-night stay very close to the Interstate you're traveling on? The staff were difficult to understand, but very nice and very helpful. If my road trips take me back to this area, I'd be happy to stay here again.

There was a pee stain and a blood stain on the comforter. House keeping came and docked on the door about 8:30 and keep docking and woke us up. I get it if it was closer to check out time but it was not.

I will start by saying that place was pretty clean and Margaret was a delight each morning serving breakfast. We travel often and always book through Expedia. I filter to”hotel” each time because we feel safer in a hotel environment when going to areas we aren’t aware of. This is a MOTEL. Doors are on the outside of the building. I did go back and check and there is one picture that shows the external doors but I wasn’t paying attention since it was listed as a hotel. I called Expedia and they were not willing to make it right and told me to leave a bad review so here I am.

From the awful smell of the office walking in, to the out of order bathroom in the lobby, we walked in our bedroom and the first queen size bed had stains on it. After a couple of hours, the AC shuts off on us. I go back to the lobby and noticed the lady behind the counter turned it back on and said for some reason it got knocked off. Even then the ac was partially running. We were there for 3 hours tops and immediately cancelled and booked down the street. Absolutely cannot stay somewhere where I have to hope the lobby is not going to turn my AC off in the middle of the heat. Spend the extra few bucks and get a better place. After that, I still got charged full price for the night.

Room was dirty. Hairs on towels, comforter had black marks on it, carpet was sticky, room was musty smelling. Bathroom wasn’t clean and the fans in the room were filthy. This was the only hotel available last minute and it’s not a hotel, it’s a motel.

We stayes one night here while in Nashville vicinity and was pleased. The room was clean, and it was a quiet place even by a busy road. The pool was amazing!

Had to book a last minutre room due to bad storms along my roadtrip, I was a little weary at the low cost and what other reviews were saying but I was very very surprised. Comfortable bed, great water pressure in the shower, and very clean room. I had zero complaints, and would 100% stay here again!

The female staff member at the front desk/checkin was excellent. She was extremely professional and pleasant. Wry explanatory and giving all the specific need to know info for our stay.
The room in simple and clean. A/C worked fabulous! Wasn’t struggling or lukewarm.
Breakfast = great. A decent variety without going overboard. Breakfast croissants were yummy.

Everyone here was so nice and friendly. The room was clean, and the kids loved playing in the pool.

Liked - Great location to get into Nashville. Very easy and not too far.
Kroger nearby.
Disliked - No bread for breakfast, has to remove the cheese and egg from the sausage biscuit.

My room was VERY clean and comfy. Got in a great soak in a dish tub with no mildew around the tub. Very nice customer srv even with us arriving very late for check in.

We stayed only for 1 night. Property looks run down but the rooms are okay. Big roach in the bathroom was a nasty surprise. Beds were comfortable and water pressure in the shower was good. Could stay there in a pinch.
