Pool, gym, breakfast, and staff. Having laundry facilities was great.

Noise from the interstate. The pillows were not comfortable. I used one I brought with me.

The room layout was weird for 2 people. It had a door in the bedroom which would be great if someone was sleeping on the hide-a-bed. The doors to the bedroom and bathroom were awkward. No wheelchairs here!

Location was only positive thing

Worse stay we’ve had so far this year - older hotel that needs updating and is definitely not sound proofed - a dog in next room barked the first 3 hours we were in our room and those on the 3rd floor above us were stomping around making loud noises until well after 3 AM. The floor in the bathroom looked clean but was somewhat sticky - don’t know if didn’t get rinsed well enough or not but never took off my shoes. Bed not comfortable.

Easy on and off freeway,very clean ,nice little extras coffee available all the time,warm cookies in evening. Good breakfast

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great, just wish there was bacon/sausage. Very clean facility and only a 15 minute Lyft to broadway. Will be back again!

Large room, clean and comfortable

The room was excellent, breakfast was typical of a free hotel breakfast and very much appreciated.

Just didn’t care for the indoor pool or the designated smoking area.

A little pricey for 1 night stay just passing through

I am gluten intolerant, which means that I can't have food with wheat in it. There were plenty of other delicious options for me, which is not always the case. We also appreciated all the electrical outlets in the room, since we have our two phones and two Kindles, as well as the computer. My aging spine and knees really appreciated the adult size toilet, too.

The hotel was initially difficult to find. It would have been nice to have directions.

The repairs not very professional. The caulk job to repair the shower wall still had holes. Im sure water is leaking into the wall

Common areas were clean and in good repair. Ice machines on every floor. Breakfast was until 0930, bountiful, and hot with several protein options. Front desk attendant when we checked in was friendly and delightful. The one who took her place was NOT.

We checked in late, after a long day. Our first room had sheets saturated with urine on one of the beds. When we called the front desk to request a new room, the attendant didn’t apologize or offer to bring up the key for the new room. I had to go down at midnight in my PJs to get the key. Again, no apology or acknowledgment of the issue. No offer to make things right besides our having to move rooms late at night. Our second room looked and smelled clean. But the next morning, I did discover a damp, dirty washcloth in the tub (before any of us had used any washcloths). It seems the housekeeping quality control is missing.

bathroom could use some remodeling. tub/shower not inviting(I waited until I got home to shower). sink too small. floor cracked.
