The front desk, restaurant, cleaning staff all provided good service. However, floor of shower was dirty. Cleaning staff tried cleaning it twice and it was a bit better but some dirty spots still there. Maybe they should try much stronger cleaners next time.

The rooms and hotel were very clean. When we needed extra towels we got them right away. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

No toilet paper I'm my room, the soap and shampoo empty, only 3 towels in my room and no towels in the pool I spoke with front desk and was told towels will be there shortly I waited1hr with multiple people wanting towels and they never came out we air dried people slipping in lobby from being wet and walking through the lobby .I will give that place a chance again only if was FREE.

the cleaning services were excellent, although one of the lady's working the front counter was rude and had the fakest smile. i didn't appreciate her sarcastic attitude. then she proceeded to give me a room all the way in the back building. top floor at the very end.

I like the overall look of the property. It is nice and quiet. The parking is a little sparse but still enough. I did find that on some corridors especially on the first floor on the other end of the building, some guests have their trash and other food used utensils lying out and it took some time for it to be taken away by the staff. Other than that, everything is up to par.

Good overall experience, our room was very clean and comfortable.
I would recommend management to have more pool towels available, as there were times where there were none available and had to back to the room for a towel.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The room was clean and SOOOO comfortable. The bed was amazingly comfortable and I loved the soap, shampoo and lotion they had in the bathroom to use. My 16 yr. old grandson loved the couch that made into a bed.
We will stay there again and I am really looking forward to it!

Rooms are not as clean our comforters has stains, our stay was for 4 and we only had enough towels for 2… I also slipped and feel inside the tub of how slippery it is..

The tub water did not go down. Took an entire night for it to finally drain. The tv light did not work well. The tv lighting kept changing brightness. The hall ways were hot as if no ac was on. But overall, average rating because it was in a convenient location. Room 237
