Everything was great for families. They had a baby crib and the pool area was great. We loved the free coffee machine with hot chocolate and French vanilla and the great snack options from the vending machines. But… we found a cockroach in our room. When we ask for a room change, they weren’t bothered by it and offered us the communicating room. We asked to be further from the room with the cockroach and they gave us another room 5 doors down. Clearly, finding a cockroach in the room was not a rare occurrence for them. Otherwise, the stay was great.

Room prices change everyday even if you stay 3 consecutive day each day will be a different price and they don’t honor military or government discount.

There were insects in the bathroom. The manager could not offer a compensation to a better room, just changed me to another room two doors away from the one with the insects.

Hotel is clean, with small fitness & pool, convenient to shopping center, restaurants, and whole food market just a side of hotel. Staffs are nice and professional, willing to answered all questions needed. Will be back here if come to North Miami again.

The toilet was dirty, it was a sign that the entire space was not properly cleaned . I felt very frustrated because I was with a 8 months old maby. The frustration when I saw the toilet was terrible, even they changed me to an Other room, I felt very unsafe about the cleaning.

Anytime we go to Miami we always stay at this Best Western. It’s a great location, anything and evertning you need is within walking distance and they have a great resturant connected to the hotel. It’s a great place to get a glass of wine after a long day of traveling.

Let's go over what impressed me first...the parking. Lot's of spaces to choose from and they have a security guy watching the cars! WOW. I'm impressed.
The area itself seemed to have a bit of a sketch vibe even though all the shopping and eating was available. I had one guy knock on my window and ask me for money when my car was stopped.
The hotel definitely needs a renovation. Very definitely.

Hotel floors have a little odor. People leave garbage outside but it doesn’t get picked up frequently.

It was a nice hotel, friendly staff always, wrong time of year to visit Miami because of humidity, our room was alway damp; beds etc. no matter the setting we put AC on. Beds, pillows felt wet. Yukkkk but other than that we had to request towels, bathroom

The room was clean upon arrival and comfortable to sleep in. The AC was less cool than expected for sleeping so it wasn’t as comfortable as I would hope.
The pool area was great and we used it daily to eat lunch and relax.

When I arrived I checked in dropped my bags in the room and left. Later that night I returned and realized the carpet in the room seemed wet. Went to bed and during the night the AC died. The next morning I woke up sweating, got out of bed and realized the carpet was actually drenched. Staff had me switch rooms. In the new room the tv sound at any volume had static. The rooms and halls are very old. The room was reasonably clean, I guess, but it never felt so. The front desk staff were peasant. I wouldn’t go back.

Had a great stay .I booked the hotel for six days because it was 4th of July and I thought would be hard to find a decent hotel and reasonable price and I am very glad that I found this hotel because I really enjoyed it ,the room was great ,the housekeeping was great ,sheets changed everyday ,towels changed everyday by request of course.The staff was very friendly .All my favorite places were close within a minute walk.I would definitely recommend it.I think this was far better than at some of the hotels with 4 stars I've stayed before.

I spent a night there during business travels, and I could not ask for more. The property was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
I love the nearby restaurant, malls, and supermarkets. I wish I had more time to enjoy that beautiful area/Bal Harbour.

The staff was very friendly from the start. When we got to our room the TV wasn’t working right. We called the front desk and they moved us to the room next door without hesitation. That room wasn’t very cool, but we figured the AC hadn’t been on very long so we gave it the night and the whole next day (with the curtain closed and it was a rainy day). It still didn’t cook off. We let the front desk know, so they moved us one more time down the hall. That room had an amazing ac and tv! We hit the jackpot. I say all this to let you know, the staff is happy to accommodate you, just ask ;-). And the restaurant downstairs is WONDERFUL!! You don’t need to go anywhere else to eat. Highly recommend! Whole Foods is right across the street too. Easy to walk to if you need anything. We will stay again.

Check in was easy, parking is plentiful. Unfortunately the air conditioning in my room was not working very well. It was OK for one night, and I did not want to change rooms. Toilet seat was loose.
