It was an emergency stay for a cancelled flight due to weather. Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk was quick and efficient and provided toothbrushes and paste. No food available in facility and no car, so went to bed hungry. Shuttle service was a real convenience.

Older hotel. In fair condition. Larger then nornal rooms lots of space just outdated. Bed matress is old, warnout and very uncomfortable. Staff very friendly and responsive.

This is a wonderful hotel! The room was large and the beds, pillows, and bedding were really comfortable! The young man who checked us in was so nice and friendly. I will stay here again! On a side note, the beautiful picture of the hotel on the website is NOT the same hotel - very strange.

Did not like non-choices of television shows. Am not sure if it’s a political stand, but it sure appeared that it is. In particular, TV network MSNBC - during my entire stay at your hotel, ONLY AUDIO was available. There was NO PICTURE. There were a couple other channels that only had audio. Because the tv did not identify the TV shows by name, I ‘m not able to name the stations. Being a regular viewer of MSNBC, I’m familiar with many of their hosts voices. Therefore, I knew I was listening to that network.

The room itself was great and served our needs for a few hours between flights during a rerouted itinerary by our airline. The early-morning shuttle from the hotel to the airport also worked smoothly. However, after we arrived at DFW late at night, having booked the hotel from our departure airport, it took nearly an hour for a shuttle with enough room for the 3 members of our party to arrive. I called the hotel repeatedly in an attempt to find out how long we would need to wait, but no one ever answered the phone. When we finally arrived at the hotel, the workers also appeared to be uncommunicative and unprofessional to the contracted shuttle driver. It was a very rough beginning to a very brief stay.

The hotel was spacious, the room was spacious and the breakfast was excellent. Such a quiet location despite the airport traffic.

We booked two rooms. The hotel gave us two keys but one of the rooms was locked from the inside and we never got inside. We paid for two rooms but only got one. They lobby staff tried to fix it by using a door hanger to try to Jimmy the lock open. But it wasn’t working and it was already very late and we had an early flight the next morning so we just piled into one room.

Got into DFW after midnight. I sent a text prior to boarding my flight re: time in case I needed to request a shuttle after hours or get a ride. They didn’t respond so, when I landed I contacted them. I bit of miscommunication and had to wait about 45 minutes for shuttle. They kept telling me 20 minutes, then 10 minutes…if I would have gotten accurate information the first time I would have gotten a Lyft and been asleep instead of waiting on the curb.

We had a terrible day or delayed flights. Thank goodness we could get a room at Holiday Inn Express. It was close to the Dallas airport and had a shuttle service! Check in was seamless. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfy. The free breakfast was great, offering a good variety of hot foods, cerals, yogurts, fruit etc.. We would recommend this hotel.

Great location, excellent front desk staff and family friendly environment. Appreciated they having a laundry room but it was outdated. The pool is small so it can be crowded at times. Rooms great size but no sink in suites other than bathroom sink. Overall, I will probably stay here again

Says ‘upgraded’ but it’s really only a few things here and there. The old and dated still shows thru. Peeling paint and mildew in bathroom. Stale carpet smell throughout. Stayed here for a layover and it was more trouble than it was worth. Beds were nice. Is the only compliment. Airport transport was unorganized slow and the van smelled like mold and ammonia. Seriously vacuum it once in a while. Limited slots for transport to airport - first come first served for ten slots. Terrible for a large airport hotel. Book elsewhere.
