Older hotel but love the space it offers. This is our 3rd time staying here because it offers rooms with more than 2 beds. Our family so appreciates the thought that 2 queens doesnt work for all. Hotel is clean and very standard, nothing fancy.

We stayed four nights while in town for a family reunion. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is very good. I wish the pool was outside, but understand that wouldn’t work during the winter. The only other complaint I have is that pillows are horrible! We are at another BWP now, and the pillows are great.

It was an okay hotel. Needs to replace their overused towels. Needs update their property. We enjoyed the indoor pool and sauna.

A lot of smokers were congregated around the entrance. Otherwise it's a clean, conveniently located hotel off of the freeway. Good security.

Everything was good except AC in our room didn’t cool adequately. Breakfast selection was excellent. Very nice lounge area. Very comfortable bed!

The facility it self was good. Check in was very good also. Our rooms were great, have an upstairs with two beds and a bathroom plus the same on bottom floor was great. Breakfasts were great. Clean place!! The only negatives were no gas grills as we were told. They didn’t seem to care! Hot tub jets didn’t work. Always seem to have plenty of staff to get things done! So why not find the gas grills as they said it must of been misplaced! E stayed there a week and wanted to grill out on them but really enjoyed our rooms

Breakfast was not ready at 6am as advertised. I went down at 7am and it was still being prepped. I could not wait for them. Staff was acting as if my presence was an inconvenience. Dirty and obnoxious construction workers stay here and it’s obvious.

The staff was excellent! Helped with small needs. Although there was a large group in the gathering area, my room which was two doors down was very quiet.

The room had two levels and the TV uostairs was missing and the other one didn't work. Also, the security lock on the door didn't work. We were told there was no maintenance person on site until the next day after we checked out.

The breakfast had very limited options when I arrived at 8:15 but I didn’t stay here for the breakfast so not a big deal for me.

Breakfast was not good cold food and sausage pattys/links microwaved to long and microwaved period wouldnt recommend eating.
Besides that, the pool/hot tub/dry sauna/steamroom, great location, staff, rooms, and the super comfy beds make it worth the stay.

The bathroom was in bad shape. Toilet did not have correct seat on it, shower tiles were cracked bad and looked like it was caving in. Very aged and in need of updating.

IYKYK. It’s a great way to blow $300 night in mid March. Facilities are quite dated, looks like it should be about $79 night. Very little hot water or scalding hot. Nothing in between. Very small room and bathroom. Bed was not comfortable. Breakfast was good but I would probably stay anywhere else before returning.
