Stayed in a family suite. What a great room! It’s a two story room with a King bed and pull out couch on the first level and two queens on the 2nd level. The space was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids. Breakfast was fantastic. The specialty coffee maker was a nice touch

Beds were pretty hard. The pull out couch was broken. The pool area did not seem clean. The pool water didn’t smell like chlorine. The hot tub was visibly grimy and the water was visibly slimy. The pool deck needed a good scrub. The positioning of the TVs in relation to the beds was awkward in our family suite.

The room is big and well furnished. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast was good.

The bathroom lacks a hygienic shower beside the toilet or a bidet. During our stay, they didn't make up the room after the first night.

Really needs an update. My room was very large. The microwave refrigerator space was excellent. The mattress was too soft making my back hurt and the shower really needs a good grout cleaning. I got this room because I have stayed at other spots in Eagle and they were a bit run down as well. I thought a Best Wesrern would be nicer. It was just a little nicer. Breakfast was nice but they were always out of something, even when I went earlier. Staff was friendly enough.

Close to Beaver Creek

We stayed because the property listed that they had a hot tub and sauna. Upon entering the hotel we asked if the hot tub was working and the front desk said they hadn’t had any complaints. The hot tub had clearly been closed for renovations for a minute so she had lied to us. If we had known we would’ve canceled our reservation and gone somewhere cheaper. The tv also didn’t work for the entire building while we there. Another thing that would have been nice to disclose to us upon check in. They did nothing to accommodate us and the value for what we paid was pretty terrible.

The room was small but very clean and fit our overnight needs perfectly! We had the whole pool and hot tub to ourselves and both were very clean. We had breakfast included with our stay, and I felt like the food options were way more than you normally get with an included breakfast which was an awesome bonus. I would recommend this hotel for people traveling through Eagle for 1-2 nights.

Nice hotel for 30-minute tops commute to Beaver Creek. Restaurants, grocery stores and gas nearby.

Pool and wet sauna were not in operation.
