OK stay overall, walls appear to be thin, we could hear upstairs, jumping must've been children or pets or some thing. Door did not insulate from sounds in the hallway.

We had two beds and both were sooo incredibly uncomfortable. Very old and used. the pillows were like rocks. Never again

The beds would sink in to the middle when we would lay down. The room smelled like pool water. And there was roaches in the room and all the front desk said was that they can spray raid for the bugs so disgusting. Would not stay there again.

The staff was very friendly. They have a refrigerator in the room which made it convenient for me to have cold drinks and snacks. They offer a breakfast buffet even though I didn't partake.

Boyfriend had upgraded to a suite with a hot tub front desk agent confirmed and said it was another 100 my boyfriend paid one we got to the room was not what we wanted called front desk and said that was the room we paid for

Attended a concert in the Acrisure Arena.. hotel is located conveniently near to the Arena as well as the major shopping malls in the area.

Third time at this property! We have loved it each time. Phenomenal staff, food, and accommodations.

Had to give the stay 3 stars for two reasons. 1) I was not told about $25 a night parking for vehicles. I was simply asked to note if I had a vehicle and I was surprised to see the parking charges. Charging people for parking who are already paying for their rooms is nasty business and I will not stay here again for that principle. 2) While they do have live performances each night I stayed, the ways in my room are thin and it was VERY loud each night. Was not happy with my stay and will look elsewhere in the future. I encourage others to do the same.

Fun for the whole family and so neat to see the Lucille Ball and Desi Arnes photos and history. Made our stay extra special. Sparkling clean and upscale. Great, relaxing pool with mountain and golf course views This will now be our favorite place to stay on our way to LA.

The Wi-Fi was horrible.
There was a funky smell immediately walking into the room every day. The parking lot was very far from the room. The Lucy Photography posters in the halls were…excessive.
The beds were good especially for hotel beds.

This is a very old and outdated hotel. The floors squeaked and the faux wood panels throughout the hallways looked moldy and were falling apart. The beds were very uncomfortable. Would not stay here again.

This is an interesting place. I like the nostalgic look and vibe of it. The hallways are full of Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz and I Love Lucy photos (at least the floor I was on).
Place a little “dated” but i think that is part of the charm.

I was informed at check in that the hotel no longer had a complimentary continental breakfast which has been available for at least 20 years. It has been replaced by a very expensive breakfast option. The hotel should have been very clear at reservation that this has changed and was no longer available. I was very disappointed in my stay.

It was fine and served its purpose. Coffee maker and room phone did not work. At all. Place needs a complete upgrade. I think charging for parking is unnecessary.

It is a beautiful hotel in a gorgeous area with scenic mountain views. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. I would recommend the hotel. I was not greeted by a happy clerk when I checked in because it was my impression that it was nothing personal, just an unhappy man. The rest of our stay was enjoyable and I will definitely go back.

A very old Hollywood resort. Overall clean and inexpensive but could use updates. Our first room the shower faucet flew off. And had to get moved to a new room.

The Hotel was very nice and clean. It is an older hotel so it does have that older hotel smell. But the room was very clean and spacious. The bed was a bit firm for inside sleeper but comfortable.

Always my go-to place in Palm Springs for comfort, cleanliness, beautiful views of golf course and mountains, pretty pool area and a great value.

Worst check in experience. I had a lot to carry, waited for 10 minutes and despite the valet sign, no valet ever came out. I had to self park a distance away and lug everything in to the hotel in 100 degree weather. Then once at the front desk, I was told there was no bell hop so I had no choice but to use a ridiculously heavy cart to carry my belongings and maneuver it on and off of an elevator and then for an extremely long walk to my room. This took so much time I had no time to get settled before heading back out for the funeral of a loved one. Very disappointing to say the least!

What a wonderful time capsule. Arnez and Ball memorabilia everywhere, also many other entertainment and golf legends photos to enjoy. Room was excellent, clean plenty of room. Amenities like mini refrigerator and safe was nice to have. Highly recommend this hotel.

After a bit of tension at the desk with a "no locals" policy, the desk clerk allowed me to stay. I was in town to close escrow on my desert home, so my ID was still Indio.
The room was very clean and well appointed. I like the motel-style ability to drive up to your patio. It was a Monday night, so nothing going on at the hotel. I walked by the pool which was lovely!

The pool is great here. The room was very old and carpet not great . I also think that newer mattress would be better in room as very dipped in places

Carpets are older and could use replacing (in the rooms we occupied at least). The pillows were all thick and lumpy, not good for anyone with neck pain. But the beds were comfy, the pool was wonderful, and all the staff we interacted with were very helpful and friendly.
