The room was clean and comfortable. The service was excellent, the guy that checked us in recommended a great Mexican restaurant and breakfast did the job. Definitely in need of a little upkeep but overall a good value.

Check in person surly, did not provide us the room promised. Room was dark we couldn't tell if it was clean, hard to see in room, breakfast bar had NO fruit. Coffee was terrible

Decent place, clean, quiet & safe. Comfortable bed. We only had one night booked, so can’t comment on housekeeping or other multi-night services, but front-desk staff was friendly. They do charge $2 for insurance in case you put something in the safe, which seems like a very random surcharge. They don’t say it, but there is a sign at the reception declaring it. At check-out, they remove that fee upon request. I get it that, in this price range, hot breakfast and price are probably really important features to attract guests, so any way they can advertise a lower nightly price, the more competitive they can be I guess. But seemed a bit sneaky to automatically add that to your room at check-in (I’m sure many ppl don’t notice it or bother removing such a small fee), rather than offering it as an optional add-on. Other than that, had a good stay.

The bathroom in our room was in desperate need of updates and cleaning. the tub was old and too caked with water minerals to be clean and the drain had putty or metal exposed all around. The toilet leaks and water turned on and off continually. Floor tiles were cracked and loose. Sheets and beds were clean. Overall the place had a dingy atmosphere.

Stayed for a week. Staff was great. Coffee 24/7 and Cookies in the evening! Enjoyed our stay!

Unfortunately was disappointed. Room was dirty and very outdated. Bathroom was dirty and hair was all around the floor and shower. Would not stay here again.

Plank Flooring in bathroom chipped and loose in front of toilet. Very poor lighting layout in unit. Loose trim on entry door. Very good breakfast Staff very good, informative and helpful.

I never ended up staying there because your front desk clerk insisted because I live in Helena that I was required to pay a $200 cash deposit in case I decided to use drugs or trash your room. I went and stayed elsewhere where I had a fabulous day.

Adequate for the value. Laminate wood flooring looks nice but is noisy in the hallways and inside the room. Lighting in the room is inadequate. Really friendly staff, and clean areas everywhere.

This hotel is average and the building seems a bit downtrodden. But the room was clean and had everything that was listed. And the staff, tho overworked, seemed friendly and helpful. I will say that it is located on a busy street that, the Saturday night I stayed there, was super busy and loud.

Needs upgrade of rooms, furniture worn , wall corners broken bath fixtures [shower] needs replacement I used to stay there 4-6 times a year until I retired 2 years ago, was always up to date and very clean. At that time the price was at least 1/2 the current price

It was convenient for our route for an overnite stop

Tired old hotel with grumpy staff and terrible breakfast options. OK for an overnighter if you really have to.

The rooms are very clean and the check in person very nice and personable. Hallways look pretty rundown and could use replacing carpet and some paint.

The staff was great, the rooms, beds, and breakfast were clean and pretty standard. (Nothing exceptional, but zero complaints.) No elevator and carpet in stairways pretty dingy and worn. Still using COVID as an excuse not to clean daily.

Just an average stay. Breakfast options were limited. Rooms very dated.

1- Front door handle was filthy. 2-carpet going upstairs to our room was absolutely filthy (stains & dirt). 3-Popcorn ceiling texture is falling off the ceiling in bathroom. 4-Black hair & dirt in tray that held the ice bucket & cups. 5-(Our biggest complaint)…When we walked into our room we were hit with a wall of very strong smoke smell! The hotel has signs posted all over that this is a smoke-free hotel, but our room had definitely been smoked in & not once! We opened the window, turned on the fan & left for 2 hours for dinner, but when we got back, it was just as bad. We had the window open all night. By the time we left, it was a little better. When we checked out, I told the front desk people about the strong smoke smell, (2 women & 1man). There were only excuses, that it “must be because it was above the outside smoke area”, which it was not. Not even an apology! Don’t waist your $. This hotel is rough!
