We had a great stay the room was clean. The people were nice and the best was so comfortable. I slept like a baby.

Hotel is huge with nice sized rooms and rooms are clean.
Breakfast service and food choices were top notch. Staff is friendly and attentive to diners needs. Will stay there again.

It's location is right off the highway but sets back from the road so there is very little traffic noise. Everything in our room was excellent - great towels and good lights for reading in bed. The breakfast buffet was excellent, many choices real plates and silverware - outstanding. Highly recommend.

The room is very outdated and smelled musty. The linens were rough feeling. This hotel needs some serious updating. The service was good and the cleanliness was good.

Double charged me and are refusing refund. Broken bathroom doors, had no privacy in bathroom. Friend of ours found blood in their sheets in a newly checked into room.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful and the room was a good size. The included breakfast was great and coffee or tea is available 24/7.
This hotel is under a needed renovation. The lobby, public restrooms, hallways and room decor are dated and in need of upgrade or repair.

Everything went well. Room seemed different then the pictures in the listing. Listing also showed full size bathroom products so i didnt bring any But only small that was gone after one wash. Asked for more towels from housekeeping she told she put them in the bathroom and she didnt leave extra or any new wash cloths. But over all it was an ok time

The photos are clearly not of this property as the rooms are old and dirty and have not been upgraded in years. The room smelled horribly, had bugs flying around in it and there was a beer bottle cap on the ground since the room had not been cleaned well at all. Although we had 4 nights booked, within 15 minutes of checking in, we found and booked another hotel across the street and checked out.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this location even though it was a last minute booking, after a horrible experience we’ve encountered at Extended stay America on westboro . We left that hotel the same night to come to Best Western,,, it was the best decision ever. Beast western is very clean, nice , neat, and beautiful. There were lots of events over the weekend, my family is very well satisfied

I had a great difficulty because my son arrived at the hotel at approximately 5 pm and needed to rest, but they did not allow him to enter the room, in addition there was a big electrical problem in the hotel and I had to wait until 11:30 pm until they found a room available for me.

Daughter and I stayed for one night. Room was comfortable & clean. Pool and restaurant could use some updating.

Overall an excellent value. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast provided was exceptional.
If you're arriving by car it's hard to see the sign (especially after dark in pouring rain) and Google Maps will send you to a turn that will take you to the property but their route sends you to a place where you have to drive through another parking lot to get to where you want to go.

It was awesome, weather was hot and a little rainy, the power was done at first but it wasn't more than a few hrs,the room was right off the elevator, breakfast was great.

Was unable to get into the room due to it being locked. Hallway smelled like cigarettes place was falling apart

The pool was very cold. It took me going back and forth to the front desk 3 times before the keys worked to get in my room. The shower head only half of it worked. I did like the size of the room. The rest of everything else was good.

The window view is blocked with the ugly stained wood fence. The window glass itself is foggy and its curtain can't block the sun completely, it is too bright. The paper toilet holder is broken. The house keeping staff did not fill up shampoo & condition and poorly bed making.

Great facility, very friendly helpful staff. Excellent hot breakfast with lots of choices. It's wonderful not to hear other guest room doors closing. The room is very quiet.

I got to my room door to open door wouldn’t work so had to get a new key and showed the way I had to open door because handle was broken then go to use bathroom somebody left their dirty underwear on bathroom handle called to to supervisor she said what do you want me to do I said clean the bathroom she sent somebody to grab underwear and cleaned nothing then on door to the sink was a hair scrunchy not as gross as underwear but still who cleans here and supervisor did nothing not even an apology I took a picture which I could post it

First - staff was excellent. However, part of the reason we stayed was onsite restaurant bar. This was advertise as 2 restaurants and a bar lounge. Upon arrival, the 1 restaurant only serves the breakfast buffet - which was really good - and the other is only open Friday and Saturday nights. Bar lounge is also only open Friday and Saturday nights. Very disappointing. Rooms are fine but they had a musty odor to them. However - our last night we came back after being gone all day and found the latch across the door blocking it from closing so our room was just open. That was freaky feeling.
