Toilet not flushing very well. Drain in shower was very slow to drain. The power went out Twice and you don't have a generator? Come on! Everyone supposed to sit around in the dark I guess! This place needs serious renovations.

Although it is an older place it is very clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable! I need that mattress. The 24 hour desk was nice as we needed to check out at 5:30.

TV was not working after checking in, found trash and other items on the floor around the tv dresser and phone stand. Bed is not comfortable at all, time to upgrade and what is with the baby throw pillows being used??

Room had a very large, mean looking spider. Webbed out between tv and service phone. Toilet worked sometimes and other times did nothing. Bed was lopsided, large depression side made it very uncomfortable. Shower has a shelf right up against the shower head, designed to knock your guests out each time they attempt to was their hair, not thought out at all.

The food was very bland in the café, and one night we wanted a drink to wind down from driving 12 hours and had too look for someone to serve us. As for the rooms my mom's room had nicer beds. My bed on the second floor was not comfortable. Other then those complaints it was fine.

Overall it was a great experience. The outside is a but underwhelming when you pull in. Our room was clean and very cozy. The staff at the hotel desk, casino desk, bar, and restaurant were all very welcoming and friendly. We got great service from all the staff we encountered. The parkinglot is in rough condition and we had to avoid some large holes but othet than that i thought it was a great place to stay!

Property is a bit run down. Parking lot pavement is broken up and much of the exterior needs painting. Stairs badly need painting. Exterior property needs cleaning overall. Room housekeeping is very good and efficient. Additionally, some valuable items were left in plain view and were not disturbed. JRs was not serving customers because they didn't have enough help. We were served in the bar instead. Food was good. Rooms were generally roomy and quiet. Recommend.

House keeping never came into my room for the 3 night stay until early the morning I was sleeping in before checking out. Tapping on the door with their key card 3 times then instantly opened my door.

Would have given 5 stars all the way around but reserved 3 rooms, the room my brother was in, had no coffee pot and issues with air conditioning. The rooms were very clean. The service was excellent! We are booked to stay again around July 12 and are looking forward to it.

We stay here a lot for business. It is an older hotel but it is always clean, the beds are comfy and it is well furnished. Reasonable price.
