The air conditioning unit didn’t work. I called the desk and they told me to reset it. That didn’t work. I called back 2x and no one answered. I understand it’s not anyone’s fault but it was so hot in our room. It was an expensive splurge at the end of a long trip and it wasn’t worth it because I couldn’t sleep. I complained to the front desk in the morning and they had a repair guy come but we were checking out in 1 hour. They could have discounted my cost.

friendly and helpful front desk, very clean, updated rooms with hardwood floors and a large TV in the room, nice pool and hot tub, nice workout room, bonus to have ice and water machines on each floor along with water containers to keep in your rooms, conveniently located to nearby grocery store and restaurants and easy on/off access to I-70. I will definitely stay here again when I am back in this area.

Great hotel for a family time! The staff is always looking to help. We had a terrific family time in the outdoor jacuzzi! Freezing but warmth and relaxing.

Maid service is every 2nd day. Fine by me but the front desk should have told us when we checked in. Breakfast not included. $16.95 for a charcuterie board style breakfast is ridiculous. Starbucks just across the street.

There wasn't enough parking. We were sent to park in a neighboring hotel parking lot.

Stayed there before the remodel, what a world of difference

Disappointed, we have stayed at the little old school hotels and air BNB in the area for many years. They always seem a little tired and not super current. But while a Marriot, it is just a small step up from the Best Western. The AC was super loud all night and the pillows beyond old lumpy. We actually couldn't even sleep and just drove back to Denver at like 6 am it was so uncomfortable.

The staff were attentive and professional. The pool area was very nice, lots of good seating options and towels. The room was modern and new.

Amazing new hotel! Please note that the bathroom door is see through so consider this if privacy is important for you. I was staying with my boyfriend so no concerns or complaints. Highly recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

Staff were amazing - I needed to check in early because my son was sick, and they were very accommodating and helpful. Gorgeous lobby with lots of space to work remotely. Free coffee and juice in the morning. Newly renovated and modern rooms. Hot tub and pool were very nice. Yes, the bathroom has a frosted glass door that is not very private, but I just didn’t turn on the light while inside.

My family had a quick trip at Frisco Adventure Park and stayed the night at AC hotel. We had a sudden change in our schedule. Austin the assistant manager helped us and were very accommodating. From speaking to him over the phone and meeting him in person was such a breeze. Although we were not able to get two rooms next to each other he tried his best to get me and my family in same floor. He stood out amongst all the staff we met during our stay. The hotel itself was really nice, it was newly renovated. The lobby was really cozy with a modern vibe. Our rooms were really relaxing and beautiful. Wish we were able to stay longer. Next year we are planning for another trip in Frisco and will definitely stay and recommend AC hotel.
