The stay was fine. There was two things that could have been better. King size bed and hard baby pillows. Need fluffy king size pillows. Second, used to get fresh out-of-the-oven cookies...nope...dry cookies in a cellophane package...what a let down.

Booked hotel for a mother daughter overnight getaway and checked in after 9pm after a long day of travel and shopping. Asked about the hot tub after checking in and was told it had been out of service for over 2 months and that they had tried to call everyone to advise. We were disappointed as this was a deciding factor in the choice of this hotel.
The elevator to the upper level made questionable sounds and we used the stairs for the rest of our stay. The tub was not clean, had a film of dusty cleaner and not suitable for a bath. The bed had a cover that felt plastic and made crunchy sounds. The walls were thin and between the neighbours and the lengthy toilet running noise it was not very relaxing.
The kitchen staff were very friendly and attentive to the breakfast bar and this left me feeling a little more positive about our stay.

Overall experience was pretty good, breakfast was good. The pool and a hot tub were closed which was unfortunate because it that wasn’t vocalized. However, they did offer a free YMCA pass for the pool and hot tub up the road. Just not as convenient if you’re only staying one night

Just a quick overnight shopping trip, we have stayed here several times and love the location because it is convenient to pretty much everywhere we shop. The service is always great, breakfast is decent. The pool is still out of commission but we never seem to have time to use it anyway.

I was so please to discover full size shampoo and conditioner bottles mounted to the wall with enough product for both myself and my daughter to be able to wash and condition our hair properly as well as a black rag for make up AND make up remover wipes!… that may seem simple but those three simple things are reason the difference in xoi fort and jsut getting by

This should have been a 5 star review because the facility and rooms are great, but the elderly woman with the short hair was just not friendly from checking in to every other interaction, service is not that hard.

The only reason I gave them a 4 has nothing to do with the facility, the noisy neighbors heavily closing their door at 3am and continuing until 430am was annoying!

We love to come here, great breakfast, hot cookies in the lobby each evening, comfy beds, fluffy towels. We stay here frequently and always enjoy the pool and hot tub . However this time the hot tub was out of order , so if that’s a deal breaker for you check beforehand to be sure that it is in working order.

The staff was great and very helpful. However, the property is located on a very busy street. Ingress and egress were a bit of a problem for us. Breakfasts were very good.

The room was decent size and clean. The breakfast options are plentiful and tasty. Staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location is in a safe area of Spokane. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Spokane.

We liked this hotel a lot. The room was comfy and renovated. The only issue was the floor needed a deep clean because your feet got dirty without shoes.

The staff was great, friendly and helpful. When we arrived, they notified us that the hot tub was unfortunately unavailable but that the pool was available. Continental breakfast was there but the only time we went for it, it was fairly standard for hotel fare. Fortunately, conveniently close to several coffee retailers so we were able to meet the breakfast needs.
As far as the area around the property, it’s right off one of the main thoroughfares in Spokane, so realistically we were only there to sleep.

Needed a last-minute dog-friendly place to stay for one night in Northern Spokane. Quality Inn Oakwood was the best reviewed place and with good reason: the staff at both check in and check out were ultra-friendly, their complimentary breakfast was better than most with delicious eggs and bacon, and their rooms were clean and spacious with amenities like a refrigerator and a microwave...add to that the fact that they are dog-friendly and located close to a multitude of food choices and it's a no-brainer. There is indeed Quality at Quality Inn Oakwood.

The pool area was so clean and nice, hotel seemed secure, staff were nice enough. Not the best bed and pillows but the price was outstanding so I won’t complain.

Good place to stop over. Cookies in the late afternoon! Other than that it’s maybe a bit pricey for an overnight stay. Lots of noisy cars racing up the highway at night. Pool is open 24 hours, but it’s a little bit grungy and the hot tub jets didn’t seem to be working…possibly plugged.
