I was staying for my surgery the night before and my husband stayed a second night. It is an older hotel that has been remodeled and it’s very clean and the front desk personnel were very helpful.

this is my second time on a month rooms are renovated clean and excellent customer service they provide caffe tea and every room has microwave and refrigerator is peaceful and private

Never got to stay at the hotel but is it Expedia or the hotel
Itself that should make some changes as far as reminding/notifying guests of upcoming stays ahead of time. Maybe remind guests a week or 3 days before? They only reminded me on the day of and I was already back home. My trip has ended😔. And I was charged right away. Tried to cancel and the confirmation number I gave wasn’t working so couldn’t cancel reservation.

We absolutely loved the vibe of the hotel ! The ducks were such a joy to watch from our balcony. All the people on staff had very friendly attitudes and helpful!

The grounds are nice. The complimentary breakfast was plentiful. The location is close to the freeway and everything is 10 min away. The service was excellent but the carpets could be cleaned. Other than that the room was clean

Pros:
- Location close to 101, SB Downtown is 10 mins drive.
- Great breakfast and Amenities are good.
- Relaxing to sit in the patio if you get the lagoon/garden view room.
Cons:
- AC smells like piss when fan is on. Facilities didn't do much except giving more room freshers and all.
- Beds didn't feel Queen size.
- No exhaust fan at toilet.

I must say, this was a much better hotel than I expected. Labor Day weekend, so parties in the parking lot. Much better breakfast than continental, nice center pond area with feeding for ducks, turtles, and Koi.Comfortable bed, nice bath (limited shelf space).

Way overpriced, pool chaise, lounges were broken, pool towels are disgusting, small, worn out, about the size of a hand towel. Rooms were old.

Nice rooms with balcony. Bed was super comfortable. Nice pool area. Lagoon with Koi, turtles and ducks ... you can feed all of them if you wish with pellets from gumball machine. 101 freeway is around the corner... 5 minutes to Santa Barbara

The property was beautiful and overall we had a great time. We arrived and requested an upgrade to have a different room with a garden view that had an up charge which we were fine with. However, the room we were put in had termite damage and the droppings kept landing on our bed. We requested to change rooms and we were moved a few rooms down. Housekeeping lost my hat and when we checked out they only discounted the up charge for 1 night when we stayed for 2 nights. I’m a member through Ramada and we stay in Santa Barbara frequently and wanted to stay at this hotel in the future but after our experience we’re not sure.

The property doesn't look like much from the street but once you get into your room, with the balcony/patio and the lush grounds, pond and pool area, it's beautiful. The rooms are large and well maintained.

Convenient to drive to Santa Barbara, Mission, & the Santa Barbara airport. The continental breakfast was lovely. The jacuzzi & heated pool were very relaxing in a lagoon setting with spa towels provided. Saw some turtles, ducks, etc so great for families.
