Had a gorgeous room with a view of the entire gulf and we could see the pier from the balcony. Clean clean clean. Scott was excellent upon checkin and helped grab all of our luggage.

We did a staycation to enjoy the sunset/sunrise on the beach. We stayed in a room with a balcony on the gulf side. Room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. My only two small inconveniences were only one trash can in the entire room/bathroom and the walls are very thin so we could hear our neighbor coughing ALL night long. At times it sounded as if she was next to our bed.

The resort was beautiful! Breathtaking views
The people on the other hand… were unfriendly & rude. We tried to eat at the hotel restaurant… we seated ourselves per the sign hanging and no one came. After about 15 minutes we decided to leave. The bartender saw everything and didn’t even try to assist. Service at resort was not friendly at all.

Beautiful property, would definitely recommend and stay here again. The stagg is very friendly and the views cannot be beat. Pool is heated and warm for an evening swim. Beach access is perfect.

Return Patrons of 4 times very disappointed this visit. Cleanliness was greatly needed.Hospitality was not found at all. Had to request items repeatedly and felt like since we visited during the a slower time of the year we were treated differently. Things in are room were halfway done. Customer service not found at all.I consider this my happy place and the standards have gone way down and I do not want this to happen. The shower alone was not up to the standards I was used to. Photos included. The noise level was horrible keeping us up more than one night during our 7 day stay.

This hotel is beautiful in appearance. Location is great and beach area is not too crowded. Room keys are "sensitive". I had to have mine reset 3 days of out 6. Only got room cleaned once. They took all the dirty towles but left us none. When we call the front desk she said they would bring some up. After waiting 45 minutes my wife just went down and got them. They gave no apologies for no on bringing them and they were out of the small one you pit in front of the shower door. They said someone would bring that up and we never saw it either. A room close to us was smoking pot so we were not able to enjoy the balcony the first night there. Room was spacious but bed was so tall you had to run and jump in it. It was also very lumpy and didn't sleep well. The room was quiet though. Over all it was ok, just not a 4 star.

This was one of the worst hotels experiences I have had. When we arrived the room did look like the pictures but the air would not work. After a few hours we could not stand the heat any longer and proceeded to go to the check in desk and let her know the issue. She then laughed at the situation but did give us another room. By this time it was very late and we had to move all our stuff into this new room. We got little to no sleep because the bed was squeaky. This was not a good stay at all.

I like the amount of space in the room. The bed is very high. I love balconies, so we had the corner king suite.
The only complaint is the water leak. We thought the water was coming from the shower. However, after we cleaned up the water from the floor, it reappeared while we were sleeping. It is quite "awakening" to step in water while you're on your way to the restroom in the middle of the night. We only stayed for a night. If we had known there was a leak, we would have notified the staff but I also could tell the leak was not a new issue. The hotel has potential. If I stay again, it would have to be under the same circumstance as this trip - everywhere else was booked - and I would most definitely check for leaks.

This place is beautiful, very very close to the water and the pool is heated( no jacuzzi) and they have a nice gym. The beds were amazing ( high off the ground though ) we wanted to try room service but there wasnt enough space to eat. No couch or counters.
You do have a small work table. There's no microwave in the rooms and you cant use the ones on the main floor. Theres also no washing machines in this resort that guests can use. I found one 1 mile away ( beach laundry )
Overall a beautiful place with great beds on the beach, just lacking a few basic amenities in my opinion

I stayed at the Pensacola beach customer service was excellent but I am VERY disappointed with the a/c being completely out my fiancé and I sweated all night long we were not able to get any sleep we sat on the balcony to get some cool air it felt better being outside than In the hotel room we did not enjoy inside due to hot conditions we understand that things happen but we did not enjoy our stay like we expected to

We loved our stay!! We would definitely come back. The front desk staff was so welcoming and informative. Scott offered bell hop services and was very helpfu! The beach was beautiful and pretty quiet this weekend. The pool was very nice and clean. The tiki bar served great drinks! The room was very nice with a comfortable bed. The bathroom had a huge shower. My only complaint would be that the shower had a little mold. We can’t wait to come back one day!

The moment we stepped into the Pensacola Beach Resort, the view to the ocean was so inviting, as were the front desk staff. The hotel is beautiful, but what makes the stay extra special is the staff`. They are considerate, kind, and service oriented. They willingly share suggestions for restaurants or places to visit. In the dining area (Windrose), Zac and another female server (very bubbly personality and I'm sorry I cannot remember her name right now!) were so kind and conscientious. It was like having your own personal friends working with us. Our room was more than satisfactory, the bed was very comfortable and the balcony facing the ocean was so relaxing. We definitely hope to visit Pensacola again and will stay at the Pensacola Beach Resort!

Absolutely perfect…… only bad thing is we tried to look into booking another trip for next year at the sand time and prices were up tremendously already but we have found others way cheaper

First let me say, we do not travel or vacation much. It has been three years since we have been on a vacation due to COVID and working. We had the Gulf View Master Suite and it was perfect for the two of us. The room was clean and view of the Gulf was excellent! The staff was friendly and professional. The food and service at the Windrose was top notch!! I honestly have no but accolades for this place and we’re already making plans for a return trip!!

I liked that it was on the beach, they need to clean better, it looked like the room did not get a cleaning during our stay, there was a black rotten banana in our safe, that’s not except able, the resort needs a deep cleaning and just better cleaning on a daily basis.
