Everything was very good except the water temperature in the shower fluctuated greatly during a shower. It would go from a normal temperature to ice cold or too hot several times in one showering. Do not know if it was just the room i was in (104) or if the problem was in every room.

We were warmly greeted and found out there was an attached restaurant. This made it easy to get a delicious dinner. Our only complaint was our room floor was dirty.

This hotel doesn’t look like much from outside, but it was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the price was good. The Peruvian restaurant (literally part of the same building) was nice so I didn’t have to go look for a place to eat.

This hotel is great for the price. I found it very clean, with a very comfortable bed, all staff was very nice and helpful.
It is attached to a cute Peruvian restaurant that offers entertainment as well at night.
The breakfast is good, nothing mesmerizing (eggs, bagels, english muffins, yogurt, cereal, orange juice), but well organized and with a decent amount of choices.
Would stay here again. It is located in a busy area, but all areas are busy in Miami!

Nicest staff I have ever had in my many years of traveling. Customer Service went above and beyond and I will definitely be back for a visit, price wasn’t too bad either.

Our daughter was in a accident and suffered traumatic brain injury and the family was staying at this wonderful hotel because it was down the street from the hospital. At first I was apprehensive, but upon arrival I was met by the nicest, most loving staff. They took very good care of us and asked about our daughter daily, continental breakfast you can’t go wrong and we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful pool area. Will definitely go back for a visit when it can be for pleasure.

Ive stayed here several times visiting sick friend in area. Clean, safe, helpful staff. Good restaurant on site, lots of food choices in shopping area next door. Easy trip to international airport. Tv adequate, screens small. Good buy.

My stay was good, traveling solo I was a bit nervous but it was safe, the pool was nice and it was relatively quiet, could be cleaner though.

The sheets on the bed was not clean and the maid was very rude

Look clean but is not . It’s pet friendly so you can smell urine by the bed . I had to buy house spray . At times you can hear the outside noise . Breakfast is not that good .

Upon arrival the exterior was clean and not much traffic in the parking lot which was good since it’s right next to a major road. The staff was kind and very informative. They assigned me to a room right in front of the pool which was an amazing perk. The staff cleaning rooms would say hello when in passing. Allowing dogs is such a privilege especially since there is a dog park 2 minutes away. The trip to south beach was about 30 to 45 minutes for each trip which was very convenient

Ran out of Tissue. Means they didn’t check it.

The entire hotel must have been covered in mold because i could not stop sneezing and itching. I was there for a medical procedure and i was not allowed to take any over-the-counter medicines. So i suffered throughout my stay. I thought i might have a cold.The sneezing stopped the minute i got into my car, so itvwas definitely an allergy situation at the hotel.

Interior and exterior clean.There is a excellent Spanish restaurant within the premises serving food from Peru and a lot of eating and shopping areas walking and driving short distances.

The staff at the front desk were amazing, however, the room was smelling a lot like someone smoke in it, so the bed sheets and towels weren’t smelling so good neither.

Excellent place to stay. Staff is awesome. I had to drive to the court house in downtown Miami. The across the street is a busway that takes you directly to the metro rail which stops directly at the courthouse. The staff knew which bus was a non stop and the times of pick up. Made my day as driving and parking on downtown Miami is not pleasurable. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast waffles are the best in Miami

It’s was the worst ever for me. So many cockroaches. I stayed up all night killing the ones that were out and about. Found several. Even under the clock there were bugs

Business trip. We stayed here unplanned and dropped in without reservations. The friendly staffs still gave us the room and accommodated us. The hotel staff was really really the highlight of the hotel.

Customer service was exceptional! The bed was clean and comfortable. The peruvian restaurant located adjacent to hotel registration was amazing!!!! The cons are the noise from main road was horrible, the noise of our AC unit was unbearable, and the noise of people walking by our room was ridiculous. The building and rooms are outdated and need a thorough deep cleaning in the corners.
