Our room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. It looked like they tried to update things but it was obviously done very cheap. It was a cheap place to stay and it showed.

The sheet on our bed was dirty. Had dirt on it when we went to lay down. This was a relaxing trip for us

Ac not working

Overnight stay while passing through. Floors were not clean. Refrigerator was frozen up

Could not get the A/C dialed in - either too hot or too cold, also noisy. Toilet seat was very loose and hair in the shower.

Yellow spots on bedsheets

It was the worst night's sleep I've had in awhile. The hotel is shabby and dank (as in, there is a lot of moisture in the air and it feels sticky and disgusting), the bed is incredibly uncomfortable, and the bedspread had cigarette burns and questionable stains on it. The a/c clunks on and off all night, with the option to freeze or sweat in the wet heat. Overall, everything was just very low quality and borderline gross.

The complementary breakfast is silly. No protein at all. No egg, bacon, ham, nothing. Just bread, bagel. They should have just remove the free breakfast.

I liked the location where everything is near by e.g. shopping and restaurant etc.. Breakfast could have been better which I didn't like because options are very limited.

Very nice stay

We were pleasantly surprised with Quality Inn. All the other hotels were outrageously priced so we settled for Quality Inn! The staff were exceptional and especially the receptionists!!! The hotel was clean and our room was comfortable and spacious!! Definitely reserve there again!

Rooms were quite small and kind of old. We felt way overpriced for the money they charged.

Overall a solid dependable hotel for a 1-night stay. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were clean but sparse. It felt like they needed a slight refresh and could have used a bit more decor/hotel chairs.

This hotel is in need of an update. Our bathroom sink had cracks, it wasnt leaking but the cracks look worn out and dirty. The room smelled musty, dingy towels and linens. You can see they've been used like for ever. Good thing, theres an IHOP and walmart right next door.

Staff are always friendly

Over all the room was clean. The room did smell like smoke. The bathroom had a horrible smoke smell.

Our room has no hot water. The staff was helpful and gave us another room next door (which oddly worked fine). The change went a king to 2 queens, but it wasn't a huge deal. The next morning, when we took our shower, the steam set off the smoke detector, which wouldn't stop, long after the shower had ended. We ended up wrapping it in a towel, as it was the easy twist off detector type, and shut it in a drawer. As we left, we took it out, but it went off again (30 minutes after the shower), so we kept it wrapped in the towel, and advised housekeeping. Other then these issues, it was fine for one night. But it's two more issues than I normally face in every other hotel. On the plus side, the room was already a pleasant temperature when I entered. Most rooms are always hot and artist when I come in. The bed was ok, but nothing spectacular. I had some trouble sleeping, but I think that was on me, not the room. I highly recommend the steakhouse across the street, Mountain Jack's. We always go there when we visit and/or pass through Lafayette on our way to Chicago.

Everyone was nice. Pretty convenient. It wasn't fancy but for the price it was fine.

The staff was very nice. Also, they let us park our vehicles there while we went to Chicago on the train.

I couldn't ask for a better place to sleep. We were visiting the hospital and for the price we were very happy with our room. Although it was a little outdated it was well cared for. The whole place was very clean with new paint and smelled nice. The bed was great and the shower was hot. They make a good cup of coffee too.

There was a pool there but was not set up yet. Not sure why being in the middle of summer but would have been nice to swim since it was a hot day.

Basic hotel . I will be paying a little extra next time for a cleaner environment. Bed were hard as a rock. Towels were stained. Bedding felt wet. Overall 2 stars
