Hotel in middle of renovations so public areas very basic. Room very clean but missing fridge and tea tray offerings needed checking and replacing. Overall an ok stay.

Additional parking charges added pretty high. Work going on. Room comfortable and fairly quiet considering work going on. Breakfast is good. Evening meals didn't look appealing nor did prices so went iout

Small slow elevators . Room was small for two people . Breakfast said full English however it was part of buffet and grey scrambled eggs . Location was great for cruise ship transfer.

Carpet was dirty in the room, dirty tissues left under bed from previous people ( unacceptable) slow check in as room was not ready at 3pm as stated the time when we could check in from, hotel corridors could do with a revamp as looked tired , on a positive note the lady who met us at breakfast ( hotel employee)was friendly, helpful and cheeful, wish all the staff could be like this lady , would I stay there again..............

Building work being undertaken which resulted in impact noise throughout the hotel which had a negative affect

No smoking area needs to be moved from the hotel entrance. Absolutely awful experience when entering or leaving the hotel.

Hotel is ok for an overnight stopover pre cruise but nothing special. Hotel restaurant menu disappointing. Bit noisy even in 7th floor, plenty of traffic noise. Hotels.com description of hotel room not accurate - no coffee machine, no stocked mini bar

This hotel is a convenience hotel for cruise clients especially. The physical location is optimal for all three major terminals. Wich is at worst a 10pound cab ride. What ess disapointing for us on our 2 stays (in 3 weeks) is the age of the hotel itself. They are renewing the floors but remaining open. So again we had drain problems ( i guess du to construction on floors above). Noise of workers above our heads from 8 to 6pm. Staff try their best to accomidate but I think the owners should have thought of clients comfort in the strategy to renew. I would not recommend anotger stay there until renovations have been completed. There are plenty of other hotels clisby.

Perfect place if you’re going on a cruise. Breakfast was excellent for hotel buffet, very impressed. It was a bit noisy at times due to renovations happening but it didn’t negatively affect us at all. They let us check in early and check out late. Nothing but positive reviews here. If I had to give a negative it would be that the elevators are the smallest and slowest I have ever experienced, but again it didn’t change our overall experience.

The room has a terrible mould smell, when I spoke with reception they told me that wasn’t possible as the room was used daily and just sent a person to spray air freshener, the person that came to that realises the smell was really strong and apologised but they told me there was nothing they could do because the hotel was fully booked and since I had already paid for my room they couldn’t give me a refund, so they just refunded me what I had payed for the parking. Mould is really bad for your health we were a family of 4, that room should not have been available for anyone, they were doing some works on floors above and we could hear the water dripping and that’s what caused the mould, the wall I the toilet was wet and smelled terrible, the next morning they switched the water off and the dripping stopped but I honestly believe that room was NOT adequate for anyone to stay there. I was really disappointed, we went there to celebrate my husbands bday and the experience did spoil our stay there

Property was close to the port for our cruise departure. Close enough for the adventurous walker. Hotel offers nice menu for dinner and good buffet for breakfast.

Staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel is within walking distant to shopping centre and out cruise terminal .

Clean, friendly helpful staff

The bed was large and comfy, but the blanket was too small for the bed. The tap at the sink made a loud squeeky noise that was unpleasant and there was no space on the sink to put things like toothbrush, etc. The hotel was very convenient, near the cruise line. Pleasantly surprised as from the outside, it doesn’t look all that much. My room was extremely clean and comfortable. My only criticism is the very high parking charge m, double that of across the road.

Low quality relativley

I liked the comfort of the room and the breakfast. I did not like the constant reminder that check in will be at 3 pm. We arrived at 8:30 am after our cruise ship arrival. Despite many guests checking out, it took me several attempts to secure our reservation. Finally at about 1:20 pm, I appriached the desk again, and another staff gladly gave us a room.

We stayed for 2 nights. Easy to get to. Near the ports, shopping and restaurants.
