Top hotel location brilliant buffet breakfast was outstanding. Stuff was so attentive will definitely be going back.

The front desk, concierge & cleaning staff are excellent. The matresses in room 832 need updating. The water colour was interesting and shower water temperature fluctuated greatly. Other facilities and furnishings were very good.

Third time I have stayed at this hotel for a work conference. Service is outstanding, facilities are great and the hotel is well located. Will continue to return!

Property is in a good location for shopping and *some* sightseeing.
Service was terrible.
Bathroom smelled of sewage, housekeeping came to do a deep clean and there was no longer a smell. Yuck!
Beds not as described. Shower is so tiny you can’t turn around.
Club lounge opens at 12pm and there are no snacks/food until 3pm.
Pool is quite cold & Spa Tub it attached so it’s the same temperature. 15Euros pp to use the sauna.
Checked out 3 days early due to many other issues.
2-3 stars at best.

The location was excellent in central Berlin. We could walk to the city centre. The staff were helpful. The hotel had excellent facilities, including breakfast. The room was quiet.

Fantatic Hotel, with fantastic staff. We were upgraded when we arrived, so we definitely started off on a positive. Breakfast was amazing, we didnt need to eat again until our evening meal. The room was a little on the warm side, but that's not a major issue. If you get the chance, eat in the Beef 45 restaurant, expensive but extremely worth it. Pool is lovely but as with all pools a bit slippery. Zoo is opposite and Brandenburg Gate is a leisurely 45 min stroll through the park. We hired scooters, 15 mins and so worth the 6 euros.

Never stayed here but this is my new stay in the future in Berlin, a great lobby lounge and so much nice people working there and always at your help. Strongly recommended.

Would highly recommend this hotel.. Great location, near U-Bahn and lots of shops and restaurants. Room was comfortable , clean, spacious and quiet and bathroom had great bath and shower. We used the pool, which was a decent size and facilities were all clean. Breakfast buffet was extensive and really great that at the weekend it was available until midday. Beef45 food also delicious and beautifully served.

Super hotel in a good location. Great comfy bed and lovely bathroom.
Only complaint is that the service at the lobby restaurant/bar was extremely slow not only for us but all guests. All other staff were great!

I have stayed in this hotel before, the location is exceptional and although all staff were great, the manager in the restaurant at breakfast deserves a special mention, he made us all feel so welcome and had a great sense of humour.

Great hotel at very good location. Several places nearby and excellent public transportation in the area. Best hotel I have stayed at in Berlin.

We were given an “upgraded” room someone else was already in. The hassle of getting a different room & I suspect there was no “upgrade” at all in the first place. Breakfast price was exorbitant t when we only need a bowl of cereal or one egg and juice.

Location was great- off the plane onto a train then 3 mins walk to hotel- great buses just outside. The service was impeccable, as was the breakfast. Lovely place to stay.
