Hotel was near the old and more touristic part of Annecy. In 5 to 10 minutes, you could get to most attractions. The hotel was also within walking distance from the train and bus stations. The view from the windows while eating breakfast was amazing!

Great location - literally 5 minutes straight up the road from the train station main exit.
Very convenient for the the location market area (inc. Sunday markets).

Your classic budget hotel. Does the trick but nothing fancy, no hand towels or shampoo, etc. The staff was lovely though, set out a cute little basket for us as it was the first night after a long flight for our honeymoon. A good location if you want to explore old Annecy.

Cons: the room temperature was hot at night, a/c on coldest setting but still warm, staff said it was set like that, nothing he could do.

The hotel has an absolutely great location! Out of the hotel you are in the middle of the old city! A carpark is next to the hotel, just a bit narrow for today’s cars.
The hotel itself is economy style. The beds are small for two… the towels need a replacement… but all is clean and works for a short trip.

This was a lovely hotel located in the heart of the old city. The staff was lovely, the rooms very clean and comfortable.
There was a band one night which was a lot of fun. All in all an excellent hotel!

Enjoy an excellent buffet breakfast with a view of a canal. Or sit and enjoy a glass of wine while you review your day.

This was a lovely hotel in a fabulous location. We walked to every thing in the old town area. The staff was wonderful and the
Facilities were comfortable. We did not have the morning breakfast buffet but it looked very good. There is also a nice bar area. The rooms are small with comfortable beds. The only downside is the lack of amenities in the bathroom. The website said shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc. but there is only an all in one body and hair wash. It is perfectly usable but if you prefer more - bring your own. Bathroom was extremely small and had poor ventilation leaving a bit of a mildew smell. Overall it’s a great boutique style hotel with a fantastic location - I recommend.

This hotel is located on the canel in Annecy. We had a view of the water and it was lovely. Everything went well during our stay.

The hotel is extremely well situated right in the heart of the old city, comfortable, and with friendly and accommodating staff. Would definitely stay here again and hope to return to this beautiful city.

Hotel is in a great location, convenient to the bus station and old town. We were allowed to check in early and the front desk and breakfast room help were great. Room was a little basic, but we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.
