Got to the property and went to the room. There was a maintenance issue, so I called down to move rooms. Staff handled the situation very well. Gave us another room that was fantastic, and included a couple drink coupons. I’ve owned a business for years, and I hop all my people handle my customers like we were handled in this situation. Great Job…

The only thing not great was the desk. Nobody was there when i arrived. Had to wait a couple minutes for someone to arrive. Then he was not friendly.

Nice updated room. Bathroom very nice. Coffeemaker dusty and not in a location with wall plug. Air conditioning very loud. Would probably stay here again.

Good, little over priced. Hot tub didn’t work, the light was broken in the hot tub but still let people use it. Breakfast wasn’t worth the money. Bar was closed early because they were dead.

Place was nice, rooms were cleaned in a hurry you could tell. But over all for a one night stay after a concert not a bad place ! Dinner was good breakfast was basic.

I haven’t been to this particular hotel in quite some time- I was pleasantly surprised at how beautifully renovated it has been- lobby, room, bar/ restaurant as well as outdoor landscaping was incredibly nice. I will definitely stay there again.

We had a great time and the beds and pillows were so nice! Enjoyed the Sauna, hot tub and the work out facilities as well.

Property is not worth the price, the rooms are older and the location is terrible with o access to anything besides a McDonalds across the street.

Initially had a room that was horrible. Ripped up carpet felt like there was something was living under the rug.. was a bulge. Super dusty, bedding wrinkled like housekeeping just pulled and tucked the duvet. The room sorta gave me a headache. Bathroom was outdated furniture outdated drapes from 1988. I asked for a room change. Got better updated room. 100% better bath. Staff was nice and a accomadating. Like another reviewer said nothing special about this hotel.

I’m not one to normally leave a review but I was very disappointed with my most recent stay here. I stay at Crowne Plaza Auburn Hills a couple times a year and usually have a great experience. However, this time on Friday morning about 9 am there was very loud hammering and drilling going on. It sounded to be right on the other side of our room it was so loud! Our window faced the back of the hotel and there were a whole crew of construction workers. We had hoped Saturday wouldn’t be the same. However, Saturday morning it started even earlier at 8 AM. We had planned to sleep in and stay until check out but immediately packed up and left. We made a complaint to the front desk and were told it wasn’t supposed to start that early. We were only offered a ticket for breakfast which that breakfast would be free to begin with anywhere else. We declined and left. It would have been very nice to have a warning or heads up that construction was taking place. Had we known a head of time we would have stayed somewhere else. Otherwise the room was clean and beds are very comfortable. Staff is usually great but could have compensated us.

Every one at the hotel was very pleasant and great service.

I liked the cleanliness, but first night we stayed had Constrution in room right next to us at 8 in morning, then that night had people in hall way fighting and yelling till mid night then cops finally showed up.

Liked the property. Didn’t like having to call front desk on four occasions about people next door being extreme loud, slamming door and yelling. Thought it took to long before issue was solved.

Convenient location to the expressway and always clean. The staff is always great. We love the pool and spa as well.

We loved the room! The bed was extremely comfortable, the hot tub was great and the restaurant including breakfast was amazing.

We paid for our room with expedia and got to the hotel and didnt know there was a 100 dollar deposit and it has to be on card . So i was told theres a 50 dollar deposit but apparently thats only on weekdays . The doors slam loud and as for pool no one enforce the rules there were a bounch of teens jumping in and splashing being super loud we have a baby and a autistic 5 year old so we had to leave the pool.not satisfied by any means
