Clean and quiet with comfortable beds and the best pillows. The shower door does leak water all over the floor, but I just put down extra towels to clean it up. Overall the Hilton is my best option when visiting family in Chico.

Excellent stay.
This was a stop over for a night. We had a king sized bed room. Comfortable bed, spacious and clean room, free of clutter, large bathroom with all the toiletries needed ,easy parking on premises.
This is a newly renovated property, customer service was excellent, friendly and professional.
Highly recommend this property for a short stay or a longer one.

Not what I expected from Double Tree. Property was previously Holiday Inn where they just painted and slapped a logo and restaurant on it. Rooms definitely show age, the A/C is so loud I called to have it checked, water pressure is awful. It was decent but not the DT standard I've had before.

Enjoyed a quick overnight from Sacramento to Chico to visit our Chico State student for her Birthday. The front desk staff (Jesse), the cleaning staff we saw in the hallways, the bartenders, and the room service staff - ALL were incredibly polite, service-oriented and accomodating. We will look to return to DoubleTree in Chico again.

We made sure we signed up for the insurance just in case we had to leave. Which we did and the property still charged us. Not only that the room we were supposed to have was not clean then the room they gave us smelled like mold. The pool was not clean and the staff had these attitudes that were not welcoming.

I'm not sure I was never given the opportunity to get there . While my trip to meet my first granddaughter went up as the airlines were having.issyes I spent 3 days reaching out and was. Not only answer 1 time rudely I wasn't able to ask questions and no one from Expedia could get them on the phone. ...why am I not handed my money back instead of a voucher ...none of this is me the customers fault I got taken ...funny my son was also chcked in the hotel so he was watching the hotel manager play call duct

We left something behind in the room and it was never turned in my the cleaning staff. I left a message with the manager to follow-up on why the staff wouldn’t have followed protocol and never received a call back.
We will never stay here again…staff can’t be trusted.
