Stayed here for a week. A nice clear hotel that is nothing fancy, but is inviting. Recetly renovated and nice sized breakfast area. Would stay here again.

My stay at the Hampton-Inn was fine; however,, my check-in was not handled properly. I had originally booked for 2-nights, but realized I can do OK with just one night. Even thought I showed my confirmation at the Front Desk, the Clerk was not comfortable with my confirmation and asked me to contact Hotels Service to confirm my stay. Hotel.com team made the correction properly, but Hampton-In did not update their files causing the mix-up. My check-in was delayed but eventually resolved.

Very clean, very nice hotel. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Only negatives were a poorly designed shower that you can’t turn on without being in the shower. So be ready to be hit with water before it warms up! Also train tracks are very close so if you’re a light sleeper the train passing by at night will likely wake you.

This was a beautiful room at a very good price. Breakfast was good. I had a problem with the window screen that did not retract so I felt like I was in a cave. I asked twice if maintenance could fix it and the desk clerk was sure but it never happened. No explanation either.

I booked one night for an unexpected trip to visit family and was going to arrive late. The desk manager answered my call to notify the late arrival and quickly verified my reservation in spite of a really bad phone connection. Later, I saw expertly take care of a dozen guest issues in just a few minutes, giving respectful attention to each. He also resolved an appliance issue for me. I am a service manager and Abdallah was absolutely magnificent, I wish I could have recorded him for a training video.

Each staff I encountered was so friendly, helpful, and polite. The breakfast options were the best I've ever experienced at a hotel stay. I enjoyed there being a different option each morning, and several selections to choose from. Very clean hotel, in a nice area with good parking options.

Nadiry was great and very professional. The rooms were clean and if you needed a extra pillow or sheet the hotel staff was very accommodating.

The staff was great, rooms are nice, breakfast is good, but I had to change rooms twice in 3 days due to loud guests shouting and partying in nearby rooms. And the shower doors are welded shut next to the faucet so you have to blast yourself with freezing cold water just to to turn it on, and sometimes the water goes from warm to freezing and there’s no way to adjust the temperature without getting scalded or frozen. In conclusion, I will not return.

I'm sure the room could have been re-booked ...so they hotel made out on the deal I'm sure.
Toilet ran in the bathroom ..and noticed the ceiling above the shower was peeling away significantly.

The hotel overbooked rooms. I made my reservation weeks in advance and when my family got to the hotel we did not have a room. All other hotels in the area were full and we did not have anywhere to stay.
