Clean. Met my needs. Good breakfast. Nice pool.
The lock on my door did not engage. The overhead light was out. Had to ask for towels at the pool.

One of the best breakfast included breakfasts around. (real bacon and scrambled eggs, make your own waffles, fruit, muffins, cereal, yogurt, great coffee and juices) Room was super clean with comfy bed. Near Keswick Theater with many upscale neighborhood amenities like restaurants, shops etc... $99 weekday rate made this place an absolute steal. Avoid the hassle and stress of driving and parking in Philly. This Hotel is 8 minute drive to Willow Grove suburban rail station where you can park for free and take a relaxing 30 minute ride directly to city center attactions. A facility this nice would cost three or four times as much in downtown Philadelphia.

Excellent customer service.
The breakfast time was hectic and the person on charge of it was very stressed out over keeping up with getting food out, supplies everything and cleaning and you could heard her expresen her frustration to other employees, it may have been the manager. With so many people lining up to get food, more than 1person was definitely needed.

Staff very friendly
Rooms weren’t clean and the bathtub didn’t drain had to switch rooms and the air conditioning in both rooms turned off at night so it was very hot and humid and hard to sleep

Found a sock from prior guest in my room. Tv, mirrors were all streaky and dusty.

Some room on the top floor was noisy (blower? fan?) and could not sleep. Changed room at 3:00 in the morning.

Rooms very comfortable. Breakfast was quite good. Real eggs, good assortment. Perfect location right off the highway (but not close enough to hear trucks). Very nice staff.

I like that the pool was pen and that the front desk clerk was nice and assisted us in a fashionable manner
I didn't like the fact that I was given a key to a room that was already occupied. The pool was freezing. The shower had buggers on the wall. The bathroom sink had hair as if someone had just shaved and walked out and the bedding was filthy. I took pics. Please zoom in to see

Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hint if the reservation is for 4 people you really should have 4 sets of towels.
Exercise room was way too warm. It was set at 75 degrees with little to no air circulation which is to hot. Room was too close to the elevator. Heard the dinging all night.
