Friendly and efficient staff Room was clean

My stay was ok. TVs need t be updated. Tub Faucet knob needs to be replaced in the room I stayed in.

Really disappointment in our stay , first room had tiny roaches coming out of every where and smelled of body order . We asked for another room , that one smelled better but was not clean and the furniture dirty worn and dated . Not at all what hotel.com advertised, but Hotel.com can’t be trusted as well they will penalize you dearly for errors made during a reservation. We will be changing to Triva go from now on

Had roaches smelled like mildew asked for a new room they refused. Plus fidnt have a first floor room when i csnt get upstairs due to disability

Was there 20mins and sat my drink down, when I picked it up there was a roach crawling into it. Asked for a refund and got a different hotel after they asked if we wanted a better room..

This property is nothing more than an old, not updated Motel 6 with full-size refrigerators in the rooms.
Rooms smelled horrible, shower curtains were moldy, took several hours before the A/C cooled the room to tolerable temp, carpet appeared to be ancient and dirty, wall beside toilet had smeared dark spots.

I enjoyed my stay. But there were some negative sides. There was no housekeeper that came on my first overnight stay and then the second night there was a housekeeper that showed up. They knock on the door I said hold on several times and they came in my room with out my agreement. Bid no no

My expectation of Studio 6 Suites was to be comparable to a Comfort Inn/Holiday Inn Express, but this location was on par with a standard Motel 6. I stayed at Studio 6 Suites Amarillo previously and I based my higher expectations on that location.
Mild mildew smell in room.
Pool closed permanently.
No breakfast.
No housekeeping during 3 night stay.
No shampoo provided.
Exterior facing doors.
No elevators for 2nd floor.
Grass area for dogs to go littered with dog bombs.
This location should be branded as a standard Motel 6.

I stayed for 8 nights, very nice hotel clean, great location, near everything dining, shopping, entertainment and the staff where really friendly and diligent. Is not luxury, but is a great hotel!!!

Was trying to save some money on my room. Next time I'll spend more and stay somewhere else. Mold in the bathroom and roaches everywhere else. Had to request another room.

The carpet was so dirty in the room my 2 year olds feet were black after a couple steps. People walking around all night outside. Black bugs in the room.

Bathroom fan was loud and annoying. Only one switch for bathroom light and fan so when you turn the light on the fan would come on too and it make a loud clicking noise and it was very annoying.

Parking was limited and had to park somewhere not near my room. Not enough parking for all the rooms.

Very good value! Room was very clean and well equipped (TV had lots of channels, fridge, microwave) The hotel is quiet but there is some traffic noise from the nearby freeway.

Bed bugs found inside room. Clerk did not seem to care. Do not stay there!!

Great deal and a nice place to stay. Only complaint was that one of the bulbs needed to be replaced and there were some cigarette burns in the sheets. It’s good for a short stay at a good price, so I’d recommend for anyone looking for something economical.

I enjoyed my stay at the property. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. My only complaint was the noise from the nearby freeway at night.

Very comfortable beds, no noise from freeway or other guests. Make sure to REQUEST NONSMOKING ROOM ONLINE reservation form. Room clean. Cigarette butts on outside walkways apparently cleaned up daily but next day new ones appear.

The motel was nice and clean. Huge fridge.
We were unlucky. The night was a bit rough. There was construction site on nearby interstate with very loud machines in the middle of the night.

This location is much nicer than most of the other Locations in the area that are about the same price. Also feels very safe in the areand and? The only thing I wish they could add was the free breakfast.
