Good breakfast and comfy bed! Bathroom sink had not been cleaned. There was still toothpaste on the vanity.

I stay at a LOT of hotels. At least once a month. This is by far the best all around hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It was so clean, so convenient, and amazing amenities. I am just blown away. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. You have gained a customer for life.

Dear Manager, At around 5:30 AM, the front desk rang me and made an allegation!! This is not as good customer service, especially from the front desk, and I certainly did not appreciate HIS behavior. I hope you will fix his behavior.

Clean and staff was really nice

Pool was closed our first day. Also the staff shut down breakfast while we were actually getting food.

I stayed here one before it was amazing. But never got my deposit back. This go around the bed was unbalance it was something by the door that made noise all night.

The condition of the hotel was good. Only some pillowcases had a bad smell.

We’ve stayed at this hotel on two different occasions. It is newer and everything is clean. The breakfast is good and there’s a large room with doors in the breakfast area that can be used for family gatherings. We’ll be staying here again when in the Fort Worth area.

We had a great experience at this hotel. We came to watch Copa América games and recommended this location. Breakfast was good but could have additional meat options.

Everything was cool until I saw the hole over the shower. It’s too much going on especially with people recording others. You can never be too careful.

Room tiny and no microwave

The property has a whiteboard across from the elevator and it had the popular dining, shopping and entertainment options for the area. This property is also a great spot for families…games galore.

This was one of the worst hotels I have picked. I trusted the ratings from Expedia and the hotel itself. Wow, was I misled. There was no coffee makers in the rooms. So, first thing in the morning, I had to get dressed and head to the lobby. Also, no microwaves in the room. So, for my popcorn snack at night, down to the lobby I had to go. Ice, down to the lobby I go. Water pressure in shower was zero. Sink had greater pressure. Towels were the roughest I have ever experienced. Its like TRU cut cost corners every way they could. Customer paid dearly. I would not give and stars to this hotel exept is was clean. Wait, did I mention that neither the young lady who checked me in nor the young lady who checked me out smiled. Not one time! For the price, not a good value at all. I will never stay in a TRU hotel again. Hilton---very disappointing!

For a newer hotel it was pretty dirty. Had to change sheets when we got there because ours were dirty, bathroom was dirty and shower curtain stained. I always go over everything with a lysol wipe and the wipe was brown after wiping. The lobby/hallways were so hot and musty. Elevator was filthy. Pool is unheated currently. Breakfast was not good. This was probably the worst Tru we've stayed at and normally we are always happy with them.

I was impressed with my overall experience at this hotel. It is very well maintained, extremely clean & the rooms are very nice. Hotel staff very professional & courteous. Probably one of the best breakfast meals I've encountered over many years of traveling.
