Night shift was amazing. Morning there was no breakfast that they say they offer and wasn't going to open pool.

The room was disgusting greasy floor, dirty, bidet, noisy friend. The room view was on a building wall.

The front desk clerk was rude and treated my partner and I like garbage, we work all hours of the day and night and travel a lot for work so hotels are where we primarily rest our heads. The man felt the need to disrespectfully inform us that it is a non-smoking establishment (we are nonsmokers) and if we get caught it will be $250 plus we will have to get out. As if that wasn't bad enough he put us in a room that had dirty pillowcases and sheets, dirty and food debris on the floors, the tv didn't work, the bathroom sink was coming off the wall, there were cockroaches all over and the walls were obviously stained from cigarette smoke. Overall wouldn't recommend unless in a pinch with nowhere else to go. If it weren't so cold I'd have slept in my truck like I do when traveling long distance.

The hotel was a bit run down, but it was comfortable. The lady at the front desk was so very sweet! She learned my name and addressed me as such the entire stay.

This room was filthy!! There was something sticky sprayed all over the TV, desk, and mirror. Moved the end table to plug in our phones and found what looked like dried vomit! I was told that the whole place was non-smoking yet I found cigarette ash on the head board & the sheets wreaked of stale smoke.

Hotels.com showed this "hotel"having vacancies so we booked a room. Upon arrival, the manager (?) informed us that there were no vacancies. After a phone call to Hotels.com regarding THEIR error, we were informed our room payment (for a room that didn't exist) would take 7 - 10 business days.
The "hotel" lobby was dirty, food containers with partially eaten food, belonging to staff was spread on the counter at check-in, there were bugs on the floor, cigarette butts were scattered all over the outside front entrance and the lobby smelled of stale cigarette smoke. If we had seen this before trying to book a foom, we never would have considered staying here. This facility needs some serious attention from corporate.

Family had to move from first room cuz it had stains on the beds, bathroom was not cleaned and carpet was dirty. Second room was t much better. The sheets did not cover the bed, the pillows were obviously previously used. The vent in bathroom was broken, 2 hand towels total in washroom for 3 adults. No soap, shampoo or other cleaning supplies. Coffee maker in room had no coffee, cup, sugar. The hallways and rooms stunk bad like musty mold. When mentioning we want refund, they refused. We were scared to sleep there due to the unsanitary conditions. We booked a room at Hilton. With all the bad vibes we feared bugs. Dont book at this hotel. Budget hotel should still provide a safe and clean environment. This place is a dive.

Info for this property is wrong No hot tub . The rooms smell even though they say no smoking. Also smells like fesse. I would never go back to this place. Save your self the disappointment and your sanity do not stay here .... one last thing they sent me a link to pre-check in i filled it out. when i got there they said they do not have the info still dont know if my info is safe

They didnt come see if my room needed cleaned. The pool was cloudy. They had false advertising,there hot tup is shut down. They dont have ice buckets for the ice machine.They had mold on the shower curtains. There chair had black stains on it.they double charged me.They dont have a normal breakfast waiting on an inspection.

The hotel’s best days are behind it, but I got it for the indoor pool and the complimentary breakfast.
Unfortunately there wasn’t any breakfast. Either the description for the property needs to be changed or the person didn’t make it in to set up the food and didn’t inform anyone.
Got a good nights sleep after time in the pool, so it worked out in the end!

It showed it had a hot tub on the website, which was being removed. There was only a grab and go bag for breakfast and that was definitely not what was advertised. The staff was very friendly and helpful! But we saw a man climbing into one of the rooms through a window on the morning we were leaving. Glad we didn’t see that the evening before!!!

The pool was freezing no hot tub no breakfast toilet backed up told the staff nothing was done but given a plunger that didn't work talk with the manager and he was very rude and wouldn't offer me another room and told me I had to use the bathroom in my room even though I was a customer

Not letting people know you no longer do breakfast or have a hot tub is an issue. That's the whole reason why I booked this hotel in the first place. I have two young men that like to eat breakfast, that's the whole reason I booked this hotel. A plus was the hot tub which did not exist. I had to beg for towels. There are four people staying in my room and I had two towels. Make that make sense

Floors were dirty. Multiple dead bugs. Bathroom towels were either badly stained or dirty. Trash and dirty linens were left in the halls near our door overnight. Our mini fridge didn't work and there was no continental breakfast as health dept had temporarily shut it down. The panel on the room door that locks it was very loose acme almost falling off. This hotel showed pretty good ratings, so we were shocked at the condition it was in.

We stayed at Days Inn for 2 days. It was so amazing . Our room was fabulous. Neve had a problem while there. Every one was absolutely wonderful. Very nice. Welcomes you with a smile right when walk in. I stay was fantastic. Very comfortable here at Days Inn &Suties. The house keeping was great. We will absolutely stay at Days Inn & Suites in Topeka Kansas again. The price was was high at all. Everyone is good to you and makes you feel a home and welcome. Thank you so much for having us .

The hotel hit you with the smell of weed when you first walk in. We got to our room to find the pillows had mold and eyelashes on them. The smoke detector had a bag covering it, hot tub was out of order but found out when we seen the sheet of plywood on it. I am working with hotels.com to get a refund.

The floor was dirty making our socks black. Advertised Hot tub (the whole reason we booked with Days Inn) it was out of order pool was absolutely freezing too cold to enjoy. Prosatuts running in and out. mini fridge did not work. Half a roll of toilet paper and one full body towel (towels also stained) nasty! And horrible breakfast. I do not and will not recommend staying here to anyone and will not stay again!

Blood on sheets . Room was supposed to be handicap accessible and they gave me 2nd floor with no elevator my wife had a broken foot. They gave my king bed to someome else so we had 2 queens. And the only reason we booked was for complamentry breakfast and they stopped doing that but still say they have that on web site and big sign on the wall place a dump.

Room definitely needed a deep deep clean. For the proce I was skeptical however decided to give it a go as advertised pool hot tub and free breakfast. They do not have a hot tub pool area was dirty big ladder laying on the side of pool. Indoor pool water ice cold we assumed it would be heated since indoors or atleast the room would be warm unfortunately not the case. Breakfast no longer available. Cathy front desk lady was very pleasant and helpful. Will pay the extra dollars for a nicer hotel for future trips.

What a dump! I could smell cigarettes 25 ft from the main entrance. Dingy and dirty inside. I checked in, because I had a reservation, they were gonna charge me whether I checked in or not. On the way up the stairs to the room, there was an air conditioner that had fallen out of the wall. There was what I thought was a crackhead on the stairway landing. Turned out to just be an angry teenager. The room was propped open (they were replacing the TV). Wires hanging out of the wall. Someone was eating their lunch in the room (a clamshell pasta salad). Bed looked like they had taken a nap, too. I went back downstairs and checked right out. I wasn't going to stay there. They didn't give me my $ back, of course.

This place is DISGUSTING! Do NOT book this! It looks like something out of a horror film! Everything is old, and dirty, and has holes (including the sinks and walls). They don’t clean the rooms (dirty mirrors, and not restocked toilet paper). And don’t pay attention to their false advertising, either! They don’t have breakfast or a hot tub, it’s all LIES!
