Very old rooms, front staff over to look at room before decided to do final booking because rooms are old. Unfortunately i didnt stay.

Carpets were fithly, barhroom door was split in half, tv would not turn off, bed fell off frame while i was sleeping

Service was great everyone was very helpful and friendly. However the outside parking area is kinda sketchy with random people hanging out. The rooms need a lot of touch up’s and repairs. Room had a musty wet carpet smell. We only needed a room for a nights rest before driving out to Sedona so we just stuck it out for the night.

The carpet was filthy and had not been cleaned for a very long time. There were roaches in the room. Other than that the bed was comfortable, the toilet and the shower worked fine and the TV service offered lots of channels. The room would be better if they get rid of the old dirty carpet and replaced it with wood flooring or tile. Also fumigate the place to get rid of the roaches.

The most disgusting place i have ever stayed. Stayed on second floor. The floor was caving is so bad the drawers on the gross dresser would open wheb you walked by. No shower curtain feet were black from walking on the floor. This place should be shut down. Then they came as sprayed our room for bugs and you couldnt even breathe

Room was in terrible condition. Dirty with stains and holes. Found cockroaches in the bathroom. Do not recommend

Within 10 mins of laying down on the bed, I had bed bugs crawling all over my neck. I wasn’t even under the covers. It was absolutely horrifying! There oddly didn’t seem to be a lot of concern from the staff, which was alarming. I also had to call the next day to have them manually refund the $100 deposit, since it didn’t happen at checkout.

Told me to wash my towels in order to get another set. Used the first set to clean a dirty room. Told me my son could not swim because pool was closed yet kept it open for 3 more hours

The stay was okay. However the cleanliness of the unit was terrible. Hair still in the bathtub, hair on the toilet, crumbs and stuff left behind the toilet on the floor. The floor boards were dirty, the mattress pad of the bedding had too many stains. You can tell they don’t clean under the bed, it had dirt and trash left over from previous guests. As well as under the night stands, still had trash left over from previous guests as well. Definitely need to let their housekeeping team aware of their job as well as the housekeeping supervisors.

Good: Nice interior, comfy bed and excellent water pressure add up to a comfortable stay. Very good front desk personnel, easy check-in.
Bad: Phoenix has some sghady residents and it seems that some of them reside here and smoke cigarettes non-stop and yabba incessantly outside my room.

Well my opinion is that for the price it’s ok it will do! The lady’s at the office renting office awesome nice friendly and they know their job! But the truth about the condition of the building or room needs help on repairs not the best condition! Bathroom door didn’t suit , bathtub look bad shape needs painting or new bathtub! Walls small holes and also needed paint! The bed was hard as a rock,
But if you like beds like harder then this won’t be a problem! My husband didn’t mind at all , but also he doesn’t complain ever about any bed! But I must say you get what you pay for , if you’re low on funds need a motel just to sleep and go then it’s worth it !

Worst stay ever! The daytime “house keeping management” was very rude and racist! She harassed the guests and demanded us to leave before check out at 10:50 because “check out is at 11 and “the house keeping needs a grace period to remove the guest…”
