I will book this property again. I felt safe. I like the look of the property. It us close to downtown. The room was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and a relax feel to it.

I stayed in three different rooms over the course of a week. The first room was 2nd floor back building, Room 220 overlooking the pool and courtyard area. This room was clean and the AC kept the room nice and cool, I enjoyed it. The second room I stayed on was ground level, same building, room 105 This room had a musty smell and i saw several german cockroaches in this room. The AC was not as functional, I did not care for this room. The 3rd room was a premium room in the main building on the 3rd floor, room 316. It was nice, I did not really like the sofa or chair in the room, but overall it was more spacious and inviting. all rooms are lacking in the refrigerator department, they really should have a larger one with a freezer. For a long stay they aren't convenient. The staff was a mix of friendly and rude. I didn't like how housekeeping stood outside our door while were packing up to check out. Some of the front desk staff and breakfast staff were rude or had a bad demeanor. DO NOT LET THEM CHARGE THINGS TO THE ROOM. I got a soda and a baby crib and they didn't wait to charge me until checkout. Took over $400 out of my account that had to be returned to me. Overall it was the nicest stay I had in Metairie. But I still think some improvements could be made as far as room amenities and the character of certain staff members.

The hotel room smelled SO bad the whole time, almost like a mildew smell. The toilet was so violent when it flushed it splashed water everywhere. The bathroom door was broken (the knob turned in circles without unlatching the door) and it took us 20 minutes to figure out how to open it to even get IN the bathroom, and we couldn't shut the door the whole time. The TV didn't work the WHOLE TIME, because NO channels would load. That being said, you can't get TO the rooms without a keycard, which makes the safety ALMOST worth staying there. I will probably look for a different hotel if I go back, but it wasn't worth losing the money to find another one this time. The workers seemed nice enough, but other than the security, I was super disappointed.

The room was very clean from top to bottom. All around the base boards. I like how the doors and drawers were open for an easy check for me because i like to check. Even the toilet seat was up and thats good to me because i can see that it have been cleaned. The temperature was just right. Not too cold or too hott. The one thing i did not like was the gate to the courtyard rooms was not secured, its like a weak lock if i must say. Other than that, thank you for breakfast, powerwash cleaning, and great night staff.

I made reservations at the Country Inn & Suites since it was an ideal location between the airport and the Superdome for the Saints game the next day and it had a a "Great" rating of 8.2. The lobby is very nice and the breakfast the next morning looked very nice. There is security in the parking lot/on grounds at night so that made me feel more secure. The room was clean. You can tell it is a refurbished place, but I didn't feel uncomfortable in the room. My problem was with not being able to use our phone chargers in Room 132. None of the outlets worked! That was extremely odd and annoying. When we tried to call the front desk, there was a busy signal. Again - annoying. The tub drained very slowly when taking a shower. Lastly, when I went to check out and turn in my keys the clerk never got off of her personal phone call. Yeah, we won't be back.

It was a nice stay, the shower was weird it was mounted on the side wall facing out into the bathroom. It was a walk-in shower with some makeshift tile Ridge on the floor and when I took a shower, it basically flooded the bathroom. I don’t understand that, but I did enjoy the stay

Hotel was clean but right during check in i had problems. First an unknown deposit so i didn’t have enough to check in. i booked room based on total and when getting to the property i was short due to another deposit! Not to mention the girl at the desk was so unfriendly. I went downstairs later to get drinks and they said they were putting it on room which is usually taken out of the deposit but my card was ran and the girl later told me my card was declined. What was the 50 dollar deposit for? She was rude and couldn’t explain. The room was super small and i paid for the bigger room an extra 30 bucks which im pretty sure i didn’t get! The air conditioner was a regular window unit that cut off and on all night and was so loud i barely slept! Also everytime the people in the room next door came out and in the door slammed so loud im pretty sure it shook China!!! This happened all night! I usually never write bad reviews but this was terrible!!!!!

There was cockroach in the room. Need pest control. Also, Shampoo bottle was empty. Receptionist at checkout was very nice and polite.

This was a comfortable room for a quick overnight. Parking is a little tight especially for larger trucks and SUVs. My room overlooked the pool courtyard which required a bit of a hike across the property.

The state was the state was not good. The first room that I had I had it had to be changed because the shower kept kept overflowing. It would not drain out the water. I got a new room room was fine, but the service was horrible the night shift Lady was disgustingly rude I asked her for tell she’s like there’s nobody here to bring you so anytime you need a towel. You had to walk yourself to the front which is a big inconvenience to get you a towel you had to beg for your room to be clean, which I never had to do that before like literally, the first day of the room was clean. I said well can I get some trash bags? We don’t have trash bags I was willing to take out my own garbage at this point because they the trash cans are filled. They’re small so I’m ready to take out the trash like it. It was a bad experience. The worst experience I have had with a hotel , then my friend witnessed literally cleaning the floor the toilets the bathroom itself with dirty towels that we use to clean our body. I was just I couldn’t understand why THE was using dirty towels to clean the bathroom.

Hotel was comfy and simple - plus it's close to shopping - hotel staff was great. Tucked away by a great place.

The sink was stopped up

Several other guests smoking marijuana outside of their rooms so the smell migrated into the room. Loud adults around pool until late at night.

Great place to stay in while visiting New Orleans, great location to all amenities

It was very clean and a nice place to stay after a layover in the airport, and wasn't too far.

The check in was very fast as was the check out however the staff at the front desk on both occasions were not friendly at all. The breakfast was excellent, lots of variety but the lady working there was not friendly either. We wanted to put 3 tables together for the 6 of us and she would not let us. She did finally open an additional room for us to seat 6 people but she was very rude about it.

I absolutely enjoyed the property and the excellent customer service.

The staff was okay and tried to be helpful to an extent. The hotel itself is cleanly in high traffic areas, the lobby, pool and breakfast area all are constantly clean. The rooms however only get cleaned when you either request housekeeping or happen to be out your room after the third day by 10 am. Housekeeping doesn’t speak English and will not clean your room if not told by front desk to do so. Trash piled up in the room even after requesting housekeeping & front desk simply told me to put it in the hallway where it sat for a whole day. The hot water doesn’t get HOT so hopefully you like taking lukewarm showers. I reported this to front desk as well and they sent the “maintenance manager” who walked in my room felt the water talked on his cell phone walking in circles around the bathroom for about 10 mins then said it’s ok shrugged his shoulders and left. I stayed here for a week and I would not book again it is too expensive for the lack of service. My bottle of hairspray leaked in my bed, I called front desk for sheets and was told there were NO extra sheets available because housekeeping keeps them locked up and they were gone for the night.. so I literally had to go all night avoiding a wet spot in my bed because I could not get new sheets until after 3pm the following day. Even then I had to call 3x to get someone to actually bring them. Needless to say I’ve never experienced this at any hotel I’ve ever stayed at before and couldn’t see myself booking with this place.

Clean property with good breakfast.

Check in was efficient and friendly. Room was joined to another with an internal door. The television from the neighbouring room was very loud. Staff dealt with this when asked. Clean pillow cases were over stained pillows, including a blood stain. Mouldy curtains. Air conditioner was loud. Breakfast had a decent choice and was slightly better quality than similar hotels except for wasteful disposable plates and cultlery.

Overall, my family and I had a great time. The suite we stayed in was comfortable and I would stay there again.

It was a motel with outside doors. Unsafe. Did not even go in the room. Check in was rude.
