As soon as we arrived we went to put our drinks in the fridge and there was leftovers and drinks, they looked super old. And when we were getting ready to leave we ran into cockroaches. Also the bed sheets were all Holly from probably cigarette burns.

Hotel had all kinds of people in the parking lot. Seemed like people live there rather than just stay for short trips. The room was not cleaned well & had dirty towels. The room also did not smell good & I didn’t feel safe.

Rooms were not clean and were in various states of disreair. Doors . Walls needed touch up paint. Bottom of entry door missing weather seal. Large gap for easy insect /pest enrty. Old /ripped bath towels.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! The MOST disgusting and filthiest hotel we’ve EVER stayed in!! Major stains on bedsheets, towels and chair! The smell is unbearable!! We checked into the room, it reeked of urine! And there was a puddle of water leading from the fridge! We immediately asked for another room! The 2nd room was even worse!! We returned to the office and asked for a refund explaining the condition of the rooms! The manager ‘Sam’ told us it’s up to Hotels.com since we booked through them. We called hotels.com and they put me on hold while they called the hotel manager, then they tell me he didn’t approve the refund!! Wow! We couldn’t believe it! NEVER again!!

This property I would consider a lower priced motel. With this being said, it is the best lower priced motel I have been to.

The place was okay. It was a place to stay away from home. The staff could be a bit friendlier and more welcoming.

I booked 2 rooms. AC didnt work in one of the rooms. And there where baby roaches in the restroom. Beds where comfortable.

This hotel is not good the lights were not working and I booked for 4 days but returned early and they didn’t refund my money the hotel took my money and didn’t refund it it said fully refundable but still didn’t the staff was terrible and the room was terrible lights not working if I returned early they should refund my money but they didn’t

It isn't the nicest motel around and doesn't have any amenities, but the room was reasonably clean and quite spacious for the price. It was also conveniently located for Knott's Berry Farm.

The place in general is dirty and neglected. The chair in the room is very dirty with stains. I do not recommend this place at all. For 40 dollars more, you can find a better place.

Very affordable staff was amazing. Check in was super simple. The area and property itself seems very comfortable and safe. I stayed here with my two children. The only issue I had was none of the plugs in the room worked and the hotel room itself smelled a little funny other than that we had a great experience,

We have stayed here on two separate occasions. Both times for around a week and the staff was nice, the mini fridge and microwave were a plus. The Motel is within walking distance of both Knotts Berry Farm and if you don’t always like to eat out like my family and I you can walk to Walmart grocery store.
